My take is Anthy tormented Saionji less simply because Touga yoinked him out of the game for half the season. She does switch his body with a monkey though and then torments him with the version of her in a coffin after. Before he disappears then he comes back and basically in Akio & Touga's hands. However, that doesn't contradict the whole internalizing thing. Since Touga was Saionji's Akio. I meant Saionji accidentally gets into Anthy's head by projecting his feelings for Touga onto her but hits the nail with her & Akio.

Miki doesn't get tormented because he brushes everything she does off. Even every passive-aggressive remark is met with oh how cute or it's just like her to do that. If it doesn't fit his idea of her. It gets ignored.

Juri is the less fun version of Saionji same reactions but she just doesn't seem interested.

Touga Anthy can't do anything to him the boy just brushes everything off with a smirk.
