I got crafty today and put foil on the rusted grates and managed to get a nice crisp on the skin. The keys are using the nonstick side of the foil, spraying oil on it, and high heat. These grilled chicken thighs and mashed taters were pretty tasty. Ignore the nasty frozen green beans on that plate. I bought those 2 years ago when there were produce issues and they kind of thawed out on the move and the package says "don't refreeze". Almost as bad as cancasserole. No nutritional or fiber value.
