Brendan Lynch — possessive, aggressive, obsessive and controlling yandere.

In his work — if there was such a name — there was an unspoken rule: either you stop thinking with a penis, or you get the fuck out of the team; a person of the first type deserved to die, because he can easily betray a friend and substitute the team. Brendan couldn't stand traitors; his eyes glowed like steel, his hands clenched tightly, ready to stab, and his body tensed. He killed traitors, abandoned them and destroyed them; who knew that after serving a long term, he would still take pity on you. In prison, Brendan had all the time in the world, and he was thinking during chess games about you, your betrayal and betrayal; he was thinking about how he would get even with you, burn his own name on his body.

Dave will always find a trick during a quarrel, smile gently and have forgiveness in his pocket. He knows that you can't stay mad at him for a long time, such a charming man and always uses it. Dave will do anything for you, even if he turns mountains, it's just worth loving him, reciprocating.

Julien Sorel — obsessive, possessive and manipulative yandere.

Everyone at home despised him, and he hated his brothers and father. His heart was fluttering, and there was a grin on his face when you came to an empty restaurant and he, the only one, seemed to be able to offer you the whole menu (and all of himself); how timely, he thought, he went out for a smoke break. Since then, he considers this meeting the first real date.

Michael knows how to soothe, gently strokes your back in circular movements when you lose your sense of smell. He is disappointed when he realizes that he is infected — understands that he will no longer be able to feel your soft smell: hair, body, all of you... But in your gentle hands, he forgot about the boring reality.

That meeting happened by chance, Joe will always remember it: that evening, when their barge was passing by a small town, he decided to go to a bar, where he met you among fat, sweaty and working men. He was indecisive, didn't want to get acquainted, but the next time, Joe was sure that fate, in which he didn't believe, brought you together for a reason — he didn't know that a woman like you could do business with people like Ella. In your apartment he will be the owner, it is better not to leave him alone in the rooms: he will immediately start touching the bed linen, sniffing clothes.

Every day his behavior will become more and more possessive — since then he keeps a small photo of you in his wallet, talks about the future, without questioning your presence in it. Joe cleverly penetrates into your life with a charming smile, quick sex and risky actions. His clothes are smelled of cigarettes, and his speech is beautifully laid out before you. Stephen Wilson — stalking, obsessive, dependent, jealous, delusional and protective yandere.

Lost, crippled by fate and a wife who took away the most valuable thing he had — a daughter, Stephen did not believe in love, did not believe in people, did not believe in himself. Why did he exist if he was a weak-willed doll and only followed the instructions of his superiors? Why did he live if absolutely nothing kept him in this black world? He gets jealous when you talk to unknown guys in a cafe, club — in anger, he squeezes your photos hung on the walls of the house, and, pressing the pedal to the floor, goes to guys; Stephen will kill anyone who dares to try to take you away from him. During sleep, on a dark night, he will put a ring on your finger as a sign, a symbol — now you are one, as husband and wife, and nothing will be able to convince him.

Perry MacKendrick — protective, jealous, loyal and dependent yandere.

He told everyone that he had no imagination, had no interest — this affected his profession, his teaching of poetics, when he carefully, almost under a microscope, studied art. Perry tried to find beauty in the simple, in ordinary recreation, museums, theaters, but almost did not experience feelings. Easily succumbing to adventures, he did not expect that he would succumb to the charms of his own student — you. Andy — jealous, dependent and soft yandere.

There was nothing good in his life for many years, funny moments were erased by sad and harsh ones. Every day Andy woke up hoping for luck, but it never happened; she turned face to everyone, but not to him. Everything was just beginning with the mine, failures were already waiting for him on the way, when that day she entered the rehearsal room, slamming the door loudly. You spoke clearly, you said that you would be able to stand up, break through on top, defend the mine, and it seemed to Andy that perhaps all was not lost — for the mine, for the city, for the fucking workers and for him.

Andy didn't understand why he hadn't noticed you before; why were you perceived only as a loyal friend and nothing more? After all, it was as if you did everything for him — went to a performance with him, played the baritone since childhood, shared nights with walks around the city and memories of a carefree past; for God's sake, you even had a tattoo on your arm in common! And the guys from the orchestra, and even Danny himself was constantly teasing Andy about your relationship.

Since then, Andy has been staring at you more and more often when you play, carefully look at the notes. He invites you to a cafe, this time meaning not just a friendly get — together, but a date - he smiles fervently like a child, pays for you and you walk again at night. Andy dreams of confessing to you, but accustomed to hiding feelings, he can't; despite the fact that it doesn't work to ignore flirting from guys, and he snaps at them, screams, gets jealous. He likes it when you stroke his hair, lie on the made-up bed for a long time and look at the ceiling. He dreams of you and is sure that his wish will come true: after a successful performance in London, he makes you an offer — an offer right in front of the whole orchestra. And you, he is sure, will not dare to refuse him.

SPOILERS FOR SEASON 2 ARE PRESENT so i’ve finally watched first two episodes of new season and i know it’s kind of early to say, but this season looks so much better than the first one. it's juicy and spicy, already filled with drama and it gets only better. so lets start, shall we?

triad it was annoying in the first episode, let me be hones. the storyline was repeating itself like in the first season, but i was really pleased to see luna supporting max and triad altogether. and also, really, those nervous comedic vibes from audrey and aki were so lame. glad that they resolved their issues and came out in the second episode cause i am so excited to see them embracing their relationships. it was an awww moment when audrey defended max in the end of second episode , and parents’ reactions to them coming our as throuple. so so so great, kiki was already my fav, but now i like her even more it's no secret that my favourite gg storyline is triad so i am most excited for them

julien and monet it gives original vibes. monet is the queen and juls needs refreshment. she was boring and for me she still is. so i am looking forward for the monet/julien beef to freshen things up. also, an ending of second episode - it gave an end of fourth episode of original, when serena took blair’s crown. i want to see more of this cause it reminds me so much of school years when original gg was thriving and all girls were fighting if they are team s or b. yes, i have when tv shows have those catfights and do not show women supporting women, but that is the whole point of gg, so i am letting it go

luna she is amazing. i was already in love with her last season, but right now i am loving her even more. how supportive and wise is she, how she knows exactly what to say or how to act. how great she is with her friends and how good she supports every storyline she is in. want to see more about her background still, but lets pray that this will happen this season

zoya/shan for me, zoya is still one of the most judgmental and annoying characters. she was all in with julien last season and now she is again against her. it’s so done, i am tired of it. shan, on the other hand, is exciting and refreshing. let’s hope that she will not be next jenny humphrey gone rogue lol

obie and grace   obie is still boring and unimpressive. i think even writers don’t know what to do with him. grace is so sweet that my teeth hurt. i wanted to skip all their scenes, so let’s leave it like that

overall, i am going to rewatch these episodes today later, cause i was at work when they came out. maybe later i will write even bigger essay on those episodes. also, is anyone up on analysing julien’s tips from the begging of first episode? i want to discuss them so much! like exposing max loosing his virginity, obie’s bribes etc. i want to make a post about it or simply discuss it with someone cause i have so many thoughts

I'm sure it's been discussed to death but the writers really shot themselves in the foot when they made decisions about season 2

Georgina Sparks had the potential to be SUCH a good storyline but they just made her a crazy 30 year old who thought it was funny to fuck around with teenagers she didn't know?

The throuple could have been something done well but with the weak acting (Aki), the inability to figure out what direction they wanted to go in, and the complete disrespect of Max, that just ended in a shit show

Monet and Luna deserved **SO** much better. They could literally do anything in the world with those two but instead they relegated Luna to being an invisible background character and basically insulted Monet with the silly back and forth of "bad bitch" energy they were trying to channel

Julien and Zoya just do not give main character energy sorry. Julien had a bunch of insane storylines this season E.G sleeping with a legal adult who was pretending to be married....that added absolutely nothing to the show? And she repeatedly shit all over her friends' wants and then was shocked they were upset with her....and her back and forth of being "good", lord I'm so grateful to never hear the phrase "stop the story" ever again

I'm not even going to get into the mess that was the teachers smh

Seriously the only good things were the little moment we got of Max and Luna being friends and (potential controversial opinion) Obie's storyline in the second half of the season was fun for me.

Standing at the bar, she impatiently awaited the drinks that Julien had insisted she orders, all the while observing Julien engrossed in a small photoshoot using Luna's phone working on her angles.

Amidst her anticipation, Monet entered the scene, and Zoya's heart seemed to momentarily cease its beat. A history between Zoya and Monet remained hidden from prying eyes, a secret romance growing since Friendsgiving's fateful night. When Zoya discovered the shocking revelation of Obie and Julien's affair. That same night she left her apartment to keep her distance from Julien and found herself at Dumbo Hall. As the pieces of her world unraveled, she found solace at the bar, where Monet, too sought refuge. With the allure of alcohol, they bonded over shared experiences of familial complexities. They ended the night in a hotel room where they let their inhibitions go and shared a night of passion. From that very night, an unforeseen connection had formed, leading to a series of secretive rendezvous for weeks.

Initially, their connection had been purely physical, devoid of emotional entanglements. However, time and proximity had conspired, causing Zoya's sentiments to shift. The very person who had once been her tormentor had unexpectedly become the object of her affection. Zoya wanted to tell her she was falling in love with her but knew confessing it to Monet would only push her away. Expressing emotions was something Monet consistently avoided, and she was aware that disclosing her love would likely follow the same pattern.

Monet had walked in with her latest hairstyle, vibrant red hair with bangs. From the very first moment, Zoya laid eyes on Monet, she believed that Monet was the most beautiful person she had ever seen. There was not a single day where Zoya didn't feel like Monet's beauty took her breath away. However, seeing Monet flaunt this new luminous appearance sparked something within her. The coloring of Monet's hair brought to mind characters like Ariel from "The Little Mermaid" and Mary Jane from her favorite comic book and superhero of Spider-Man.

As Zoya watched Monet approach, she offered Monet a drink. "I got this for you, knowing you'd show up," Zoya admitted, a slight smile on her lips.

Accepting the drink, Monet playfully remarked, "Stalking me now, are we lil Z?" Playing into the appearance of not being friends, and proceeded to savor her martini. Monet's gaze shifted towards Zoya, who found herself unable to look away. "What is it?" Monet asks, her irritation evident.

Drawing strength from her drink, Zoya mustered the words she could. Nervously, she muttered, "Monet, you're my MJ," finally allowing her feelings for Monet to see the light of day.

Monet appeared puzzled, prompting her to ask, "What is an 'MJ'?"

Zoya sighed and playfully rolled her eyes, realizing she shouldn't have anticipated Monet to grasp the comic book reference. "Forget it. Let's join Julien," she suggested, reaching for the remaining drinks from the bartender.

At school, Monet claimed her usual spot at the table where she and her friends would gather. While she waited for them to arrive, she took a moment to respond to a "good morning" text from Zoya that she had inadvertently overlooked earlier in the day as she had been preoccupied with getting ready for school.

Following, Aki skated up to the same table and hopped off his skateboard before taking a seat. "Hey, Monet," he greeted, his attention immediately drawn to her vibrant red hair. A warm smile spread across his face. "I like your hair."

Monet offered a gracious nod in response. "Hey, Aki. Thanks. I wanted to try something new."

He nodded in understanding. "I get it," he remarked, gesturing towards his pink buzzcut. "Trying something new can be fun, and it suits you. Reminds me of MJ."

Monet couldn't help but roll her eyes, growing increasingly irritated by the recent déjà vu of that same comment Zoya had made. "What the hell is an 'MJ'?" she vented in frustration, causing Aki to look perplexed by her sudden annoyance.

"Mary Jane?" Aki offered with simplicity. "She's Spider-Man's girlfriend? She is the love of his life, his everything."

Monet was taken aback, a sudden realization dawning upon her as she grasped the analogy and the intent behind Zoya's words. Zoya, in her nerdy way, revealed her genuine emotions. Referring to Monet as her "MJ" was Zoya's clever way of confessing that Monet was the person she cherished most, the love of her life.

"I've got to find Zoya," Monet declared, swiftly rising from her seat at the table and scanning the surroundings. Observing Julien's presence at school, Monet guessed that Zoya must also be around. She walked over to Julien. "Have you seen Zoya?" she asked urgently, to which Julien shook her head, implying no. Monet then resumed her quest through the school premises.

Her eyes then caught sight of Zoya at a table on the far side of the courtyard, engrossed in a book and sitting alone. Monet's voice rang out across the open space as she shouted, "ZOYA!" Without hesitation, she rushed toward her, closing the distance between them.

A hint of fear appeared on Zoya's face as Monet approached. Her mind raced, thoughts spiraling with worries like, "Did we get caught?” “Is she about to break up with me?" "Is she here to criticize or humiliate me?" Zoya mustered her nerves and asked, "What is it, Monet?"

A smile began to grace Monet's lips as she looked at Zoya. "I want to be your MJ," she uttered. Zoya's face changed from nervousness to confusion as she responded, "You...wha-"

Monet's actions cut off Zoya's words as she softly cups her cheek. Leaning in, she pressed her lips against Zoya's in a tender, unabashed kiss that speaks volumes of their connection. No longer concerned about the observers around them.

Zoya is taken aback by Monet's bold move. However, she is pleasantly surprised and finds herself reciprocating the kiss.

Monet pulls back from the kiss, their eyes locking in a moment of pure bliss and realization.

Monet is Zoya's Mary Jane. She is the love of her life, her everything.

so far these have been highly entertaining more than last seasons

monet is just the perfect counterpart to julien honestly and like idk im liking it bc monet seems so unhinged after that whole fellout with her mom, so im really excited to see where it goes

ill be honest i just dont fully get the whole zoya and her dad plot, like in a way i feel like it all derives from the fact he is lying (which i get) but she is also too about hanging out with shan(which probably derives from the fact julien and nick are having a dad/daughter relationship and after being for a long time only daughter must be hard to share the attention but idk i just like why cant you just talk to one another??), after ep2 ending let’s see how this goes.

if there's one thing you should have expected from becoming friends with the royals of constance billard, it was how quickly they got stuff done.

on your way home from the charity benefit hall, you opened your phone to see that the six enigmas you had met at the party had all followed you and already added you to a group chat. as soon as you open it you already see audrey tagging you and telling you how you're all meeting up tomorrow to go shopping, apparently. lucky you.

once you arrived at your parents townhouse, maybe one of the only things you found bearble at this point was your new home, for its gorgeous interior and exterior and your spacious room, you rushed inside and up to your room so as to avoid whatever bullshit about your behavior they're going to chastise. after cleaning yourself up and getting ready for bed, you laid down and typed ‘sounds like a plan. see u tmmrw.’

putting your phone on your nighstand to charge, you were left to stare at your ceiling and ponder over what happened tonight and asking why. why did these people gravitate to you so quickly? did they just want another rich kid to add to their posse? you knew people just used each other often in your world of the rich and powerful, but god did it seem unappealing.

as much as you hated to admit it, you wanted real friends. hell, maybe even a girlfriend.

as the thought crossed your mind, a certain brown skinned girl with ombre twists crossed your mind, making you jolt up in bed.

“no…no no no dont do that.” you whisper and smack your cheeks, trying to convince yourself that no, you didnt have a crush on probably the most beautiful girl you've ever seen. that was crazy. pure insanity.

it made no sense. you could tell the kind of person she was, the queen bee, (technically the queen bee's second hand, intriguing), the girl everyone wanted or wanted to be and she knew it.

she also seemed a bit mean, which you were normally into.

and so you fall asleep, thinking of pretty clothes and fake smiles.

youre rudely awakened by your alarm at around eight am, set the night before so you could get ready for the day ahead. you get up from bed, struggling to not check your notifications and messages on your phone before making your way to your on suite bathroom. in there you do your usual morning routine, rinsing off your body in the shower and doing your facial routine at the sink.

once youre finished, you head over to your closet to pick out an outfit when youre phone starts ringing. you see the caller id is max, and you swipe on the green to answer. "hello? you get up ths early too?"

"nah, but i had a feeling you would be. seem like the early bird type." max's voice drawls through the phone, still deep with the effects of sleep. "are you up at the asscrack of dawn because youre excited or because youre used to it?"

you laugh slightly, flipping through your pants and your skirts. "a bit of both, actually. my parents always made me get up really early so i know i have time to do everything. but the sunrise is also pretty."

max's voice laughs through the phone. "thats a good reason, ill admit. personally i like the sunset better."

"then i guess we've come to an empasse..." your voice trails off, finally finding a suitable outfit for looking nice but also being comfy while you walk around. "im about to get dressed, should i call you back?"

"nope put me on speaker, we've got things to talk about before we go shopping today." he states. youre confused, but put the speaker on anyway, giving him the go ahead to start talking.

"alright, youve probably already guessed this because you seem smart, but we all kinddd of want something from you." his bluntness makes you giggle.

"want something? from me? i sure hope its not my money." you joke, smiling as you hear his playful scoff from the phone.

"trust me, we're covered on that front. it was really julien and monets idea to bring you into the group, which congrats for getting in at the speed of light, by the way. i wasnt expecting any new additions considering weve all been mostly best friends for years."

this was monets idea?, you think to yourself as you finally wiggle into your clothing. there was a bit of a connection last night, but you didnt think it was strong enough for someone as seemingly impassive as her to start indoctrinating you into her friend group.

"what do you mean by mostly? you all seemed close from what i saw." you question.

max sighs through the phone, telling you that you might have guessed wrong. "its...a bit complicated. ill explain more of it later. my dads are calling me for breakfast. by the way, do you want me to pick you up later? i dont mind."

"sure, i want to hear all of the group secrets on the way there, though." you joke, laughing harder when he gives a fake laugh through the phone before saying your goodbyes.

after youve gotten dressed and made sure you had everything, you head downstairs to get a quick morning snack before the drive.

after grabbing your quick bite, youre stopped in your tracks by the sight of your mother in the doorway. she's wearing sportswear and her skin is slightly sweaty, meaning she just came back from her morning run. she eyes the food in your hand and you scoff, brushing past her to the front door.

for the next few minutes you stand in front of your home, scrolling through your socials and lightly listening to music until a honk makes you jerk your head up. in front of the sidewalk sits a very nice white car, with a smiling brunette boy looking straight at you.

"hurry up! i dont wanna hear audrey badger me for being late." he yells, making you match his bright smile. you get comfortable in the front seat, already vibing with the song he has playing from his spotify and the sweet smell of his car.

"do you really use a jelly bean air freshener?"

"i needed one that fit my personality."

"ah, i was wondering why i liked you so much."

throughout the drive to the mall, you get closer and laugh more with max, showing each other your favorite songs and laughing at each others lip syncing. after a few minutes, you finally ask him the question thats been on your mind.

"what did you mean earlier when you said you all...mostly got along?"

he stares straight at the road for a few seconds, the corner of his lips quirking up. "do you still talk to the people youve known since you were little? and i mean really little-preschool age."

you think about it beofre shaking you head. because of your parents frequent moving, you didnt make any solid connections. hopefully that would change soon.

"well youre kinda lucky. it sounds great when youre young to be best friends forever but in high school people...change. it starts slowly at first but it gets more noticable. i mean, when we were kids aki was like the mediator of the group, but now hes more impassive. audrey was the mother hen but now shes more overbearing, the list goes on." he rants, his voice sounding more melancholic as he goes on. "dont get me wrong, i love my friends but...everythings changing."

you nod along as he talks about his worries, giving him someone to vent to and taking in all of the information hes telling you.

max parks and you both make your way to the entrance, and he laughs at the look on your face when he says next time you should use the subway.

once inside, the rest of your new group of "friends" come up to you both.

"yn! i hope you made it here alright, hopefully max didnt talk your ear off on the way here." aki says, standing in front of you hand in hand with audrey, who smiles at you.

"youre just soo funny, menzies. you really should pursue a career in comedy." max jokes dryly, punching his friend in the arm playfully. as they start a playful arument, audrey takes your hand and pulls you over to where her and julien were standing.

"its so nice to see you again, yn," julien greets you and takes your arm in hers, audrey taking the one on your other side, "todays gonna be so fun, i promise. monet and luna are over in gucci, but i was thinking of heading over to saks..."

"why dont we meet them in gucci? then we can all shop together..." you suggest, your voice trailing off when you catch the look max is giving you in the corner of your eye.

julien smiles, tugging you along.

you get to the store, eyeing the collection of clothing, purses, and shoes. after a few seconds of looking around, your eyes connect with monets from across the store.

luna is next to her, the noirette talking lowly while shes observing a heel in her hand. but monets eyes stay on you, humming along to whatever shes saying-

"i think this would look pretty on you, yn," audreys soft voice yanks you out of your trance, holding up a cropped coat up to your chest, observing it from all angles.

"yeah, you're right. but its still august, isnt it a little too soon for a coat?"

"it'll get cold quick." monets voice pops up from the other side of audrey, startling you a bit. "didnt you live in maine previously? i wouldve thought all they had was lobsters and snow."

"i traveled with my parents in the winter months often, so i didnt feel the cold. but there were some perks of living there. a lot less...trash."

monets eyes widen and audrey barely stifles a laugh at your comment, the former slightly glaring at the two of you. audrey composes herself quickly.

"monet is right, once it hits late september the temperature starts dropping quick. youre buying it." audrey thrusts the piece of clothing in your hand, starting to look for more in the expensive collection.

monet still stands in front of you, smiling at you with an emotion in her eyes you cant quite place. but if you had to guess, it was nothing good for you.

"what do you want from me?" your bluntness shocks her out of her stupor, the girl crossing her hands on her chest.

"why do you think i want something from you?"

"lets not act coy. i just got here and your merry little band is trying to make me feel as if ive been here for years, and i know you have something to do with it."

she continues to smile at you, tapping her manicured finger on her arm. "and just why would i do something like that? i dont even know you."

alright, this was just pissing you off. "look, im not gonna turn into one of your little pawns. so whatever dumb ass game you're playing, leave me out of it."

"oh, yn," she sighs, bringing her hand up smooth her soft hand down your face, "you're already on the board. and trust me, when the time comes for choosing, youll wanna be on our side. now, lets go shopping, hm?"

you open your mouth to rebuttal but she shuts you up with a wave of her hand, moving directly to your left to loop your arms together and continue walking through the store.

despite some hesitance brought on by your inherent suspicion and monets ominous words, you will admit you had some fun with the group at the mall and going around to see the sights of new york.

but maxs comment from the car rung in your head often, and you noticed how they all had little groups within them. monet and luna mostly stayed to themselves if they weren't getting julien picture perfect for a picture. said julien really only seemed to connect with audrey, talking to obie but his face looked...conflicted?

during your observation your eyes yet again catch on monets, who just gives you a little smile and a wave.

you had a feeling this wouldnt end well for you.

eventually the sun starts to set and conversations start to dull, with julien suggesting you all come to her place and chill and to record some stuff for her instagram. julien calls her drivers to pick you up, but because of the uneven number, someone is going to have to sit by themselv-

"join me in the second car. i wanna talk." monet whispers from behind you, causing a shiver to go down your spine at the sudden nature of it and her closeness. intrigued you oblige, crawling into the back of the suv behind her and settling in.

its quiet for a handful of seconds, only the faint noise of the city and the moving car surrounding you.

"what do your parents do?"

the question throws you off. you would have thought she had done extensive digging on your history.

"theyre in the investing business. they just look to colleges with the most promising alumni and fund their programs. guess they also invest in start up businesses. but frankly i dont care and want nothing to do with it, and im confused at why you're asking me this."

she sighs, as if debating if she wants to speak - or really if she doesnt. she closes her eyes and rubs one of her temples with her fingers before pushing what she wants to say out.

"im asking because i want you on my side. everyone treats me like im just one of juliens dumb followers and that what i do is a joke but its not. i want to actually do something and make a business for myself, thats why i push her so hard. i dont want to join my familys company and i can tell you dont either."

you nod along to her words, not going to ignore her opening up to you. "buttt what do you need me on your side for? are you going to start some kind of war or..."

"i love julien, i really do. we've known each other since before we started teething. but shes changing and becoming this...sentimental wannabe good girl and i know eventually shes gonna leave me and my management in the dust. when it happens i need something to fall back on."

"so what, you do all of this shit for me just to be your back up plan?"

your heart stops the same time the car does. the sincerity is still there, but nows its sinister. manipulative. and if you were being honest, kinda hot.

you're snapped back into reality when she grabs your hand and helps you out, pressing her shoulder to yours as you walk into the lobby of juliens building. you dont know whether to be scared or excited when she whispers in your ear again.

overall, my biggest hope for the finale was fulfiled - kate was exposed and she is finally in jail. so yeah, i can count that as a win

still, gg reboot worked for me not only because of drama it had (and i am a sucker for drama), but because characters were really interesting and i personally resonated with some of them. so of course i am mad because we were robbed of good ending. luna finally getting her voice and having a storyline only for it to be thrown away like it didn’t happen. monet not being in italy when savannah was there during filming. couldn’t they include her in group scenes? i guess we will never know. oh, and the most boring character like obie being included in main gg plot, Rome plot, gg reveal plot. don’t get me started on this one cause i don’t even understand why they kept him around. zoya finally getting a promising love interest and his scenes with the whole group being cut? such a bad move.

as for triad, i am mad and disappointd. just a week earlier i was clowning myself thinking that they are going to break them three up. and what do we have here? aki and audrey throwing max under the bus again. them completely erasing their whole development only to end up together without any worries about max. and poor max feeling like they both played with him an got tired of him. i feel so sorry for him because he is the one character in this whole reboot who changed the most since the first episode. he is the only one whose development and progress were not forgot about.

thomas doherty is an amazing actor because i also cried with him when he realised that aki and audrey are not in love with him like he is with them. writers are really cruel for letting this scene be in the final cut because once again we have a media example that throuples are just for sex and sex only. once again tv series is proving that polyamory does not exist in a healthy way. once again the golden couple stays together and redeemed character is getting heartbroken. i can’t even describe in words what i am feeling right now because not only the triad had no purpose with this ending, but a character that had so much growth during the series has circled back to point zero. if writers were backing them up and completing most of the storylines because they suspected that the series is not going to be renewed, why letting triad stay this way? why breaking them up and pointing that their whole relationship mattered only to max and leaving aki and audrey together? i am so pissed at creators now. and if before finale i was able to defend them, now i actually can’t.

so, jobie and akidrey are getting their onscreen endgames while other characters get nothing. good to go gg reboot!

my ideal finale of this season would have been if triad broke up - them three breaking up and finding themselves outside of relationship. like we could have finally have their separated storylines and them being independent characters. specifically audrey and aki needed that. so i really hoped that three of them would break up, discover themselves and around season three finale they would realise what they are missing. so starting the last episodes of season three triad would be getting closer again and realising that the three of them are still in love with each other. they would have a confession in season finale and finally getting together in a healthy way (without sneaking behind each other backs and having any doubts) in the beginning of season four. as josh mentioned, he wanted to have four seasons of gg, so as for season four, i imagined characters to have college-related drama. for the triad, i think that they could have had a “will we last long-distance or not” just like seth and summer from the oc in season three. no cheating, no doubting each other, not any of them feeling extra. just regular senior year drama that every high school relationship goes through. i feel really robbed and i would be looking forward reading josh’s interview because i think he is going to share some of their plans for future seasons. also, let’s not forget that initial plan was for triad to be an endgame. so let’s focus on that
