A Year Over...

I finished my first year teaching and I still love my job so so much. I wanted to share some letters I got from my students. I will type out what they wrote, and add appropriate punctuation and spacing so its a little easier to understand.

“Dear Max teacher. Thank you for always kindly teaching me. Max teacher’s talking English language was very cool. Max teacher, I love you so much.”

“Hello Max. This is my message. Thank you for always telling me. I love Max teacher because she is funny and kind. Please do not forget me even if you go to junior high school. I loved it.”

“Dear MAX. I’m Takeru. Your English class was the most enjoyable class I’ve had so far. Thank you for giving me the wonderful memories.”

“Thank you for this year. I like Max’s always laughing. I would like to do my best in English when I reach junior high school. I want to see you again someday.”

“When you [I] don’t know, thank you for teaching me. I didn’t like English. Max teacher, thanks to you I like English. Thank you.”

“Thank you for one year. Until I meet teacher, I was not good at English. But the teacher’s class was very fun. I hope to meet you again.”

“Dear Max. Thank you for this year. I like your bright place. I enjoyed the class. I will do my best in English even in junior high school. I wish to see you again.”

“To Mr. Max. Thank you for the fun English class for one year. Mr. Max’s English is very easy to understand because he teaches with a good pronunciation and a smile. Next, please do you best in Japanese. I support you.”

“To Max teacher. Pronunciation is good and as he/she played together, I was glad that he/she sometimes came for the lunch breaks. Thank you.”

“Dear Max teacher. When spelling is not found, thank you for telling me kindly. You are good teacher. It was a fun class. Thank you very much. See you again!”

I am so excited to be working at the same schools next year! When I told some of my fifth grade classes, they cheered very loudly. Some of my sixth graders were distraught to be leaving, but I will be teaching them in junior high school at well!

About Sakura

I remember having like 12 or 13 years old i run al the way the stairs of my house every afternoon after eat and before werever extra class my mom sign me up, for that 45 min of my free time , i put on the t.v. and Watch Sakura Card captor. 

My sister and I loves Sakura, god, even my aunt and big sister watch a lot of Sakura with us during the years that the series go on, we loves the clothes and the magic and the actions, and the animatian, and the caracthers¡¡ Sakura card captor for it time, the early 2000, or better said the time it was air in latinoamerica it was completely groundbreaking; i don´t remember so much girl show that was that good. 

Yes we have sailor moon and powerpuffgirls, but and i can´t said exactly why but Sakura resonate more with me. 

My favorite moment by far was the end of season 1 

That brilliant moment when we all believes profesor werever her name i dont remember her name was Jue and turns out that beatiful Jukito was actually Jue, OMG, that was the plot twist for a life. 

I was 13, i didn´t see that coming, it was clues of course but CLAMP, play theirs cards masterfull and show why they used to be the queens of the genre. 

My sister and I scream so much at the tv  that our biggest sister had to storm the room for us to shut up. It was histerical. And we love it. 

I remember the next day at school each one of ours friends coment the episode, since the one who totally predict it (YES OF COURSE YOU SEE THAT COMING) and the ones who cant believes it.  It was fantastic. 

And the next season was even better, i mean each episode was even more frustating that the last one because dam Syoran would never said Sakura that he was in love with her and she was so naive and clueles that it was exasparating, but highly enterteined. 

And at the end 

That beatiful end when he yell his felings and inmediatly fall out and the airport when she run and make the magic card and OMG first class romance right there. 

My point is, call me naive but i expect some of that magic tonight. 

Tonight at the final episode of Sakura clear card, i expect a plot twist, a revelation, something that make me feel like that 13 years old girl that use to yell in front of the t.v. 

And i get disappointing 

That episode was boring and predictable and not even romantic or magical or exiting. 

Sakura learn nothing, she resolve nothing, and even worse, we learn nothing and resolve nothing. 

Sakura card captor was one of the first action driven girl protagonist that i ever watch, Sakura was naive yes but she control her own fate, she make desicions, she persue the cards, she fight for what she believes, she take risk, in clear card is like the plot happend to sakura, she has no agency, she has no information and all the people around her believes she can´t handle the true, even when she is the most powerful (apparentaly) wizard in the freaking world. 

Not Syaron or Kero or even Jue or her brothers seems interest in telling dear sakura something about the dam plot, even when she is the cause and solution of most of the problems and my god if is infiruate. 

I can forgive Eriol and Jue, but i expect more from you miss important person lee Syaron, shame on you lying ass. 

And excuse me but are Jukito and Touya a couple??? 

I remember cleary that 15 years ago i watch the two of them hugging in a three confesing their feelings and calling each others their important person. FIFTEEN YEARS AGO, excuse me but your 15 years old series can´t be more progresive than your current show. 

NO, THIS COUL NOT HAPPEN IN 2018, WE DESERV TOUYA AND JUKITO AT LEAST CALL EACH OTHERS MY LOVE OF SOMETHING. 

i DESERV MY FIRST CLASS ROMANCE. 

I deserv  action and magic and romance , and i get any in the Sakura clear card ending, why CLAMP??  i trust in you girls, come on! give me my action driven magical romance show!

Bojový anděl Alita 2: Smrtící anděl - 75 %

Když vám řeknu, že kniha „Bojový anděl Alita 2: Smrtící anděl“ je vlastně celá o tom, že se Alita snaží najít svoje místo ve světě, že je to vlastně její osobní drama, asi mi nebudete moc věřit. A když vám řeknu, že se tak snaží učinit prostřednictvím drsného futuristického sportu, kde proti sobě závodí kyborgové, kteří mohou skončit až na šrot, asi mi nebudete věřit vůbec. Ale když knihu, která má čtyři sta padesát stránek, dočtete, najdete tam právě tohle. Intimní příběh, který je zasazen do pořádně akčních kulis, kde dochází k destrukci. Ale tenhle příběh se stačí v knize „Bojový anděl Alita 2: Smrtící anděl“ uzavřít a začíná zde další, který se odehrává o dva roky později. Bojový anděl Alita 3: Cesta ke svobodě - 55 %

Třetí kniha s titulem „Bojový anděl Alita 3: Cesta ke svobodě“ je zase pořádný špalek a dostala se na 452 stránek. To je opravdu pořádná dávka mangy, ale při čtení takového špalku jsem se neubránil pocitu, že je toho sice hodně, ale ve skutečnosti je toho málo. Stane se toho celkem hodně, ale jako kdyby se děj zasekl na místě a nikam se skutečně neposouval. A to se přitom posune i o deset let kupředu. Najednou, neočekávaně a možná trochu i nepochopitelně. Jako kdyby Jukito Kiširo sám pořádně nevěděl, co udělat, a tak prostě skočil v čase, aby se během těch deseti let mohlo stát něco, co následně do příběhu nějakým způsobem zasáhne. Zatím se tedy ještě nedovíme co, ale asi by to mohlo mít nějakou spojitost s tím, co se doposud dělo. A především pak s Idoem, který je tou tenkou nití, jež drží příběh vlastně ještě pohromadě a dává mu nějaké hlubší směřování. Alita: Bojový Anděl - Recenze - 65%

Nacházíme se v budoucnosti. Vysoce vyspělá, multikulturní a kosmopolitní společnost žije ve světě totálního konzumu. Ke svému zdokonalování a k zábavě využívají kybernetických protéz na dalších různých robotických vylepšení těla. Doktor Ido (Christoph Waltz) se této problematice věnuje. Avšak jeho koníčkem i prací je hledat staré věci, které ještě mohou pomoct lidem, kteří nemají na nové. A na skládce objevuje starého rozbitého kyborga. Dívku, které se jmenuje Alita (Rosa Salazar). Doktor Ido Alitu přivede zpět k životu. Spolu zjišťují, že si Alita ze svého předchozího života téměř nic nepamatuje. Nicméně jí nabídne útočiště a věří, že časem si Alita na svou minulost vzpomene. Také je přesvědčen, že je Alita velice výjimečná. Ani netuší, jak brzy se ukáže, že má pravdu. Alita se tak rozkoukává v novém, leckdy dost brutálním, světě. V něm potkává Huga (Keean Johnson). Rebelského mladíka, který se protlouká životem. Alitě mladík imponuje a poznává i další stránky obrovského města. Při jedné z potyček, do kterých se zákonitě museli dostat, však Alita objeví i svou další stránku. A této stránky si všímají i členové nepřátelské bandy. Díky tomu se stočí pozornost jejich šéfa přímo na Alitu a tento zločinecký vůdce si po chvíli žádá Alitinu smrt. Roztáčí se tak kolotoč zábavy (hlavně sport jménem Motorball), objevování, romance, brutální akce a smrti. Kdo vlastně Alita ve skutečnosti, respektive čím byla dřív? Proč po ní všichni tak jdou? A čím je vlastně tak výjimečná oproti ostatním? Co si přetechnizované velkoměsto připravilo pro Alitu a její novou „rodinu“?
