Is Germany supporting Genocide and Terrorism?

Many UN countries and even NATO members have labelled Israel "a terror state". Germany is sending weapons of mass destruction to Israel to commit its genocide in Gaza. Does Germany support terrorism? The International Court of Justice (ICJ) has already ruled that Israel must prevent any act of genocide, meaning any action that IDF is taking will be under scrutiny and will be used as evidence in the future to judge whether Israel has been committing a genocide. Does Germany support genocide? Germany is known for its evil holocaust in the past, is it trying to do the same today?
