johnny c x loving! reader

warnings: mentions of blood but mostly fluff, also slight mention of depression and anxiety if you squint.

ok, so johnny is very confused with loving actions from people, and over all relationships. he's only ever had the thought and judgments from other people all around him. but once he figures out you don't judge him for the way he looks, how he is, or his tendency to kill people, he's all mushy for you. he loves the constant reminder that out of all the bad shit in his life, he has at least one thing he can cherish and love.

johnny was on the couch, thinking to himself as a little green alien and robot dressed as a green dog yell on the tv.(if you know the reference you know the reference)

johnny was currently thinking about, well, basically everything. almost everything was in the shitter for him. he had no family, well of course the people in the basement, but it never filled the empty hole in his heart.

it's not that he was mean, he was just unstable and unhinged.

his thoughts were interrupted by a knock on the door. who could be knocking at this hour, certainly not the person who's hopefully reading this right now right?

guess what, it was Y/N. johnny's eyes widen once he saw your sweet smile intimidating him. "hey Nny! i have something for you!" *johnny, hesitant, slowly nods his head and lets you in. you're hiding something behind your back, but what could it be. a gun? a machete? a scalpel? no, no, and no. you revealed a small green plush of a dog, GIR, johnny knew this by plushie by heart. you brought it over regularly, and it was your comfort plushie. you handed it to him, johnny was confused and scared.* "what? what does this mean?" *he asks, holding the GIR plushie in his hands. you loved this thing, it helped with anxiety and depression, why dispose if it now?

"i want to give it to you because you need him." *you say, encouraging him to keep it. johnny raised a brow, hesitantly bringing it to his chest and snuggling it. you were happy he liked it, but johnny was so confused. he hasn't gotten a gift before, well, not that he can remember. but an actual gift, no tricks, no schemes, nothing, just pure care and affection. "Yes but why?" *you giggle at his silly question.

''because i care about you"

those words hit him hard, harder than a truck on full throttle. his eyes widen, his fingers digging into the plushie.* "...thank you.."

love was odd and icky, but it wasn't that bad.
