Enigma do Medo ARG Updates Part 2

Making a new post because Part 1 is already quite long!

So last we left off with the updates, we had some letters found in the maze: I, O, T, J, L, S and Z, all with accompanying phrases.

Now, taking these letters and the phrases that go with them, we can put them into alphabetical order and get some numbers:

I - Estou me sentindo afOITO L - SE TE falarem onde os outros estão me avisa O - OI, TO procurando os outros também T - Só sobraram nós DOIS nessa sala Z - Além de mim só vejo mais CINCO

Excluding J and S, as there's no number elements to those phrases, this gets us 87825. Because these are all tetriminoes, the discord went to Jstris (a Tetris site; also likely what JS is referencing) and used the number there to get to this map: https://jstris.jezevec10.com/map/87825. The map was created by v1s_un1ta_f0rt10r, that same username that's been used throughout the ARG. This part was discovered by Anubis again!

Using the path provided by the map, we got to a new section of the maze, with the letters "BMRPHWA" written in the middle. Decoding this with a Shift cipher got the word "DESTINO."

Entering "destino" upon getting to the locked gate on the first page of the maze transformed it into text reading "42.LOG."

Going to https://d4ylightd3mon.com.br/42.log then takes us to a page that shows a chat conversation between two people, d4ylightd3mon (the name of the site) and g_matrix, talking about an encrypted file-- they provide the site https://oth3r.site/sinistro.png.

That site is another Mega link, which gives us this image, titled "sinistro.png." The image looks to be more art of the game, with striations across it. According to the chat conversation on the page that led to it, the cipher is something complicated and very difficult. Looking forward to seeing how it's solved!!!

What’s your favorite Tetris game?

hard to pick one favourite, so I'll list a bunch!

tetr.io is free browser game and has very good ranked matchmaking (based off of glicko-2)

jstris also a free browser game, has a lot of good singleplayer modes and casual live rooms

tetris effect has excellent vibes and music and kirbtrises, and also a NES tetris vs mode

puyo puyo tetris has lots of fun characters and a story mode and ally and rafisol

tetris 99 fun and casual and lots of different skins/osts

tetra legends is also free browser game, neat music, and a NES tetris mode too (retro -> console)

the creator of tetr.io, osk, created the game when he was 19

osk's username is derived from osaka, from azumanga daioh

there's a really cute vocaloid style jstris cup song created by lozofan

greentea, a top tetris player who placed top 4 in the 2018 classic tetris world championship, was later scouted and became lead multiplayer game designer for tetris effect

kirby703 was the first person to achieve a 21-line zone in tetris effect, which was unexpected by the game devs because the game board is only 20 lines tall. in honour of this, the devs renamed the in-game text for a 21-line zone to "kirbtris"

jstris is a good browser version of tetris 99 (god i love tetris)

doom (1993) and doom 2 are great games (ive only played doom (1993) unfortunately lol)
