Dulce learned how to navigate life with dyslexia. It makes her life more difficult, but not impossible. However, all the stuff going on recently has been flooding her mind and things have gotten too overwhelming despite her rather optimistic attitude. Now the question is, has she pushed things too far with Antonio?

NOTE: Guys please do me the biggest favor and pretend his shirt, shorts, and shoes didn't completely change with he took his hat off 😭 I clicked the wrong outfit and I didn't want to reshoot everything. I spent a lot of time trying to play with the angles and getting the facial expressions that I wanted. Please and thank you!

NOTE: Oh yeah he has tattoos 😝 Technically his suit shouldn't cover up the hand tattoos but editing those out is a real pain.

DULCE: Just so you know, you guys will be fine. Antonio won’t eat you.

ANTONIO: Excuse my tardiness.

DULCE: You’re like 10 minutes early?-

DULCE: Oh.

ANTONIO: That is late to me. Anyway, what’s the emergency?

DULCE: Well, it’s not that drastic. It’s more of a personal emergency... you see, I have to leave the country for a couple of days.

ANTONIO: [Sighs] Of course.

ANTONIO: Let me go hang up my hat. Take a seat so you can explain yourself.

DULCE: I have a legitimate reason, I promise!

ANTONIO: Mhm.

DULCE: Okay, I have an older brother named Ángel. A few months ago, he told me an art museum bought a painting of his. However, the art museum was still under construction so he asked me if I would come see it in October for the grand opening.

DULCE: The time is here and I completely forgot about it! Not because I don’t care, I love my brother.

DULCE: I have dyslexia, which can make me forgetful at times. I learned how to work with it, such as using my calendar religiously. But guess what!? With clients cancelling on me left and right, I found it pointless to check the calendar anymore. And my flight is tomorrow.

DULCE: I’ll be back before the court date, but I have to go support my brother for now.

ANTONIO: Need I remind you that we have a lot to prepare for, Ms. Alegría.

DULCE: Please listen to me. Ángel has sacrificed so much for me and he was just a kid himself.

DULCE: He has never asked me for anything. This is the one time he relies on me and I blow it.

DULCE: He’s finally getting his moment after letting me be in the spotlight for 21 years.

Blind dating adventures 📱❤️‍🔥

This is all in Princess’ POV 🎀

Princess is a baker living in Newcrest and she’s on a blind dating app sharing her experience while comparing her dates to baking experiences!

1. Terrance Dreamer 💊

Blind Date 7/10

After going on my date, my bestie told me he’s a kleptomaniac, a crimelord and works for basemental, but the chemistry was there and he charmed me until he stole from a kid during our date and his girlfriend/baby mama is my co-worker… and this is my first experience on this blind dating app🫣. He’s like an old cake that still tastes good, but after you ate it, you’re wondering if it was worth it…

2. Gunther Munch📝

Blind date 2/10

Felt like I was hanging with a friend. He barely talked about anything outside of writing and kept staring at me… I cut the date short, but he wanted a second chance, and I gave it to him.. spoiler alert he tried to act like he lived in a mansion🌚. It’s like biting into a Boston cream donut and there’s mustard in it… terrible!

3. Devan Lee 🩺

Blind date 10/10

Maybe because lives down the hall, but it was so much easier being on this date. This was the first date I had shared kiss with a sim I met from this app. It was great and Devan felt like a good friend too, but with an added romance. I am crushing so hard just writing this🤤… it’s like baking cinnamon rolls, he’s comfort, warm and consistent.

4. Mark Eggleston 🎨

Blind date 1/10

I wasn’t able to give Mark a full chance because my estranged father crashed the date, but I found out he got a girl pregnant a day after we went on the date, so he’s like a plain muffin… forgettable

5. Krishna 🥣

Blind Date 0/10

If I can rate it lower, I would. It was my first time in Del Sol Valley. I was swiping and I thought he was relatable because we were both out of town, but we went from arguing, dancing and kissing. It was confusing. Maybe it's time I do traditional dating because blind dating apps ain't it either LOL! He’s like a fish pie… just wrong!

6. Kiet Preedee ♟️

Blind date 10/10

After taking some time off from blind dating, I’m back again LOL (don't judge). Kiet is mature, but he’s also really immature with the corny cringe jokes. However, he makes me feel things… things I’m not fully sure I understand either. It gets weirder because we woohoo’d after our first date which got me pregnant 🫣. Kiet reminds me of a Black Forest cake, yummy, a lil tart (cringe), but so hearty and full of surprise.

7. Brendan Choi 📉

Blind Date 0/10

I needed something fun and Brendan caught my eye, but the date went so awful. I thought because we kinda knew each other, it wouldn’t be so awkward…. Let’s say the worst possible thing a date can do he did…. If you thought woohooing something else, you won a million simoleons 😵‍💫. It was like baking a soufflé, except you forgot to turn the oven on and well it's hours later… will it come out right?

DULCE: Caruso is having a Halloween party tomorrow night! So many people are talking about it. It’d be sooooo easy to dress up in costumes and infiltrate his house. I can get my notebook back!

ANTONIO: I strongly advise against that.

DULCE: Oh, come on! We can be like secret agents. It’ll be so much fun- I mean important for the trial. Yeah.

ANTONIO: “We”??? There’s no “we.” Do you know what would happen if we got caught?

DULCE: IF we got caught. We won’t, anyway.

DULCE: We can be like those iconic spy duos. I’ll be the amazing one who everyone loves and you can be the moody mysterious one.

DULCE: There’s no time to waste! We have to plan. Oh! Let’s watch my favorite spy movies so we can get some inspiration-

ANTONIO: Very well. I see your mind is made up.

DULCE: Where are you going???

ANTONIO: Making a call. We need to consult actual professionals.
