Not gonna lie, this transformation stings a bit. It’s so hard for me to think about the person I used to be. I would hide behind the fake smiles, long hair, and filters so no one would notice how unhappy I was. On the outside, it looked like I had it all together, but on the inside I was beating myself up over every little thing. Not saying I don’t have my bad days every now and again, but overall, I have no shame in my journey and what I’ve overcome. It’s made me the person I am today and I’m forever grateful. I’m strong, confident, and use my natural beauty to shine through. All because of one choice that changed my life forever, I can only still go up from here. Embracing Me

As part of my journey of self-love, I need to embrace the person looking back at me in the mirror instead of finding all my flaws I need to find the things I love about me I may not be perfect but I am who I am. Learning to embrace the good with the bad finding the beauty in the ugly.
