So originally, this was not going to be today's #MondayMuse - but I've decided it actually fits beautifully with what I wanted to share so here we are lol. This is from the app @hellodaylio which I have used for two years. I love these little achievements, the customization abilities and how easily i can add information that I need to refer to as a year or many years go by. Things like what medications I'm on and how often I actually take them. Things like a mood and habit and hobby tracker. Things like achievements and photos - for myself not for the world. And it's all at the touch of my fingertips. Just for me. Unless I WANT to share - and it's ridiculously easy to share what I want when I want as well. So while this is one: your nudge to check out Daylio and maybe utilize it as we fear up for and enter another new year but also two: a muse because being able to journal in any sense at all - consistently is a profound sort of motivation that I hope any and all who'd like to are able to also embrace. As a way of connecting more deeply with not only themselves but also the world surrounding them - if they choose to.
