I am so grateful for this very moment; a part of me has been anxious to sort through and tidy up certain things. I’ve put all this stuff off for so long that I’ve started having dreams this past week of: tornados, flooding, being inside of a plane that takes off from land; then crashes into this huge body of water-and then taking off from below the water. \_🙄_/ I have become more vigilant about who I surround myself with. Over the last few years I’ve learned it’s absolutely essential to form boundaries; especially after countless meetings with my previous counselor and my current psychologist. I will say both my counselor and psychologist have been a saving grace to my life. I look forward to seeing my psychologist. I absolutely adore those who have helped me to get to where I am at now mentally. It hasn’t been easy. Far from it, but everyday I am a step closer to who I want to be and where I want to be. Today I dived face forward into some of what I have repeatedly put off. Even though I haven’t tackled all of it I feel accomplished.
