This is my 2010 Taylor 414ce. I got this guitar brand new right after I started playing pretty regular around town. I had a cheaper guitar that just wasn’t standing up for what I needed it to. My dad went with me to guitar center to give me some advice, look around for some ideas, and figure out what I wanted and how much I needed to save. After playing a few, I really fell in love with this one. @taylorguitars we’re getting talked about a lot around me and I loved the way this one felt. Long story short my dad surprised me and helped me buy this guitar that day. It was the most expensive thing I had ever owned at the time. But he wouldn’t give it to, as he never did. I paid him back a few dollars at a time. I was 21 years old and green as a blade of grass. I’ll be 30 this year and it’s taken as much of a beating as I have over the years, but we are both still holding up. I’ve played a lot of songs on this box.
