My Originals: Joseph Gwyndor x Elise Addams
I’m erasing myself from the narrative. Let future historians wonder how Elise reacted when you broke her heart. You have torn it all apart.
Request: Who do you ship Elise Addams with? I'm curious. - Anonymous
Prompt: Burn from Hamilton
Words: 0.5k
Rating: Teen
Fandom: Harry Potter
Ship: Elise/Joseph
Side-Ships: Albus/Elise, Lily/Joseph, Scoripus/Elise, Lily/Elise
Elise flickered her long raven black hair off her shoulder. She reached her hand out for the glass in front of her. She wasn’t supposed to be sitting at the Slytherins table. She was a Hufflepuff. A half-blood. She does not and do not stand a chance becoming friends with any of them but she did. Elise Addams did. Albus Sirius Potter sat in front of her and beside Scorpius Malfoy, Draco Malfoy’s son. Elise often kept Scorpius company during his hour of need and the memory of his mother’s death.
The black haired witch’s thought started to pace in her mind but she was able to control the dizziness. “Scorpius?” Elise arched an eyebrow as he lifted his fork towards his mouth.
The bleach blonde rolled his eyes. “You’re not my mother!”
“But I am your friend, Scorpius.” The black haired witch voiced out. “You can’t just keep things from me.”
Scorpius glanced over at Albus’ plate of food. “You know
For a Hufflepuff, you are awfully determined.”
Elise shook her head in disagreement before immediately dismissing herself off the table. The young witch strolled down the Great Hall, pondering about why Scorpius reacted the way that he did. Elise placed a finger on her temples. She wasn’t herself. She was burned out. Did she do it to herself? That’s always the case for Elise Addams.
With her head down, she felt her legs starting quiver like jelly. Elise’s didn’t agree with her. Her entire body leaned forwards and towards the floor. Her arms caught the grasp of another.
“Are you okay?” A voice called out to her. “Elise
? Are you okay?” It was the voice of an American. An Ilvermornian student. Of course, it was The Triwizards. Students from all over the world is in Scotland for the entire year. “Elise? Are you okay, dude?” The Ilvermorny student reached their hand towards her face. She was a little off color. “Elise?! Someone help!” He called out for her hand as Professors and a couple of students came running towards them.
“Oh my goodness! That’s Elise Addams?! Is she okay?” Lily Luna asked.
“Does she look okay to you?” Scorpius huffed.
Lily Luna rolled her eyes. She felt need to protect her fellow Hogwarts student. “She looks pale, Scorpius. And she still has to compete at the Triwizards tonight.”
Albus softly sighed. “What can we do to help out? Scorpius and I could do something to get some color back into her.”
“What?!”
“Come on. We’ve got to help a classmate out sometime.”
Scorpius growled but quickly nodded his head. “Fine. Fine but just this once, Potter!”
“Thank you!” He said as he grabbed Scorpius’ arm before leaving the Great Hall.
Lily Luna shook her head in disbelief. “Hey,” she said, turning her head towards the Ilvermorny student beneath her. “Thanks for catching Elise. I’m Lily Luna. Lily Luna Potter. But my friends calls me, Lily.”
“Joseph.” The Ilvermorny student responded. “Joseph Gwyndor. Nice to meet you.”
“The pleasure’s all mine.”

enter the students of ilvermorny wizarding school of witchcraft and wizardry
A/N: It’s separated by scene, just fyi!
Mentions: Sappho Mutter, Headmaster Elijah Kaiser, Elbiba Staples, Saraswati Jain, etc - just read it for the rest.
The Lovette-Gwyndor family was a history of sneaking out into the nearby village before an event starts. Her brother, Joseph did just that with his bestfriends but Aubrianne was different. She stayed behind to brush up on her foreign languages before the ceremonial banquet started.
Aubrianne started to pace herself before the selections started. She knew that her father would want Joseph to get selected for the Triwizards and her mother didn’t want Aubrianne to do anything dangerous and outside of. She kept that part of her family life – a secret from everyone at Ilvermorny. She was trapped in a box full of disappointment.
She kept all the disappointed feelings inside her by writing in a new language everytime that she felt depressed.
In Ilvermorny, twelve students were selected a week prior from traveling to the host school of witchcraft and wizardry for the Goblet of Fire Ceremony. When Principal Kaiser started the selection ceremony with a speech that he had prepared about beating the Bauxbatons Academy and all of the horrible things that the principal of Bauxbatons does to the losing team.
“Do you believe any of this shit?” her brother asked his friends. Aubrianne rolled her eyes.
“Didn’t you say the same thing about Quidditch?” she raised an eyebrow at her brother.
“Shut up, Aubrey!”
“Shut up, Joey!”
As soon as she told her brother to shup up, the principal started to read out the names of the students to place into the Goblet of Fire. “Sappho Mutter. Elbiba Staples. Saraswati Jain. And
” The Principal said. “Aubrianne Gwyndor. I’ve placed your names in the Goblet of Fire.”
“What?!” Aubrianne and her brother said in unison.
“Dude, at least, you get to sneak out whenever you want while we’re in Hogwarts.” One of his friends told him. “It’ll be fine because you have nothing to do with the Triwizards.”
“That’s true.” Joseph responded.
She sighed, softly. “It’s also true that you five might get expelled for sneaking out. And don’t use my device while we’re there, I don’t want to get caught by Principal Kaiser again just like what happened last month. Remember?”
“Yeah, but you’re always in the library studying so that doesn’t count.”
“Of course, it does!” She told her brother. “You don’t want to disappoint dad now. Do you?”
“Fine. Have it your way, princesa!”
A week later, the Lovette-Gwyndor twins started to explore Hogwarts and the world around it. As they expected, Aubrianne stayed inside and in the school library and Joseph went out of campus to hang out at a nearby village.
Aubrianne stayed in the library for hours and noticed the reason why her fellow Ilvermorny students called her the Sinister Polygot. She would use her magic to translate foreign language speakers from their native language to English or translate herself from English to a foreign language.
“C’est une mauvaise nouvelle! (That’s bad news!)” She overheard a Bauxbatons student say.
“Oui et il est horrible d’entendre parler de tout le monde! (Yes and it is horrid to hear from anyone!)” Another student said.
“Au moins, il y a beaucoup de livres á padres dans
(At least, there are plenty of books to get lost into
)” Aubrianne spat.
“Oh, bon dieu, il y a quelqu’un ici! (Oh gosh, there’s someone here!)”
“Nam die meisjes lang genoeg om op te merken! (Took those girls long enough to notice!)” She said in a hushed tone to herself. “Mijn baan is heir klaar! (My job here is done!)” Aubrianne got off the chair and poofed herself out of the library and into the Gryffindor quarters.
Right around midnight, a girl found Aubrianne‘s brother and his friends sneak into the quarters as quietly as they could. “You know this could ruin your wizarding career.” The girl said to the boys.
“We know.” One of her brother’s friends retorted. “It’s not like we’re doing anything illegal, buttercup.”
“Just stop! Stop this sneaking out business.” The girl snapped as she folded her arms across her chest. “Or I’m telling Kaiser!”
“Fine. Fine. Have it your way, Missy!”
When the Announcing Ceremony came around, Joseph sat with his friends while Aubrianne sat with hers. “Ilvermorny Wizarding School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.” Headmistress Mercier announced.
“My three champions are
” Principal Kaiser began, as he pulled out three names from the Goblet of Fire.
“This is starting to sound like the hunger games.” One of Joseph’s friends uttered.
“No, it’s not like the hunger games!” The same girl from last night retorted.
“
Sappho Mutter
 Elbiba Staples
 Saraswati Jain
. and
 Aubrianne Gwyndor.”
“Fuck.” “Shit!”
“We’re screwed!”

#TWTOC; Snowfall
“Learn to enjoy every minute of your life. Be happy now. Don't wait for something outside of yourself to make you happy in the future. Think how really precious is the time you have to spend, whether it's at work or with your family. Every minute should be enjoyed and savored.” -Earl Nightingale
fic below the cut..
"Alright.” Aubrianne stated as she rattled the keys in front of the other girls. “I’ve got the keys for the Gryffindor rooftop from Eric.”
“Isn’t that...going to get us in trouble?” Elbiba asked, tugging softly on her sweater as she trembled with the fear of making the wrong decision. “I don’t want to get in trouble.”
Sappho rolled her eyes. “Oh come on. What’s a little trouble got to do with anything?” She told her as she took the keys from Aubrianne’s hand and made her way towards the rooftop door. Aubrianne and Saraswati followed closely behind her with Elbiba trailing behind them. Sappho looked behind her and unlocked the rooftop door.
“I’ll grabbed the candelabra.” Saraswati said before grabbing the candelabra on the desk beside her. She snapped her fingers to light the candles before she walked towards the front of the line. The girls moved to the right a little to clear a path for Saraswati. “Let’s go, before the Gryffindor ghost exposes the shit out of us.”
Aubrianne sighed a little. “Sir Nicholas won’t tell on us.” She told the girls. “I had him on Kaiser look out if someone exposes us to him.”
“What did you tell him?” Sappho asked.
Aubrianne lightly shrugged her shoulders. “I just told Sir Nicholas that he had to look out for a thousand year old man that has hypnotic dark blue eyes and is only shook if you give him a drawing of a giraffe.” Sappho laughed a little as Elbiba tapped Aubrianne’s shoulder. “Yes, Elbiba?”
“I still don’t like the idea of this, Aubrey...” She whispered as they walked up the stairs. “I mean, don’t you think that Kaiser would be mad at us if someone gets seriously hurt on the rooftop?”
“What he doesn’t know won’t hurt him, Elbs.” Sappho interrupted Elbiba mid-sentence. “In fact, this is our sleepover not his.”
“Exactly.” Saraswati responded as she slightly looked behind her. “Our headmaster can’t and won’t get mad at us if he doesn’t notice that we’re gone and not in our beds.”
Sappho nodded in agreement.
“See, Elbs?” Aubrianne said. “There is nothing to worry about.”
Elbiba sighed and slowly nodded her head. “Fine, but I still don’t like the sound of this, girls.” She told them. “I don’t think that it’s a good idea but I agree with what you girls are saying. This is our sleepover. What’s the use of getting into some trouble if we’re just trying to get to know each other?”
“You’re getting it.” Sappho replied as Saraswati opened the rooftop door. The door squeaked a little as Saraswati pushed it open.
One by one the girls walked onto the rooftop and pulled out their wands to use a spell that Katya had told them about to keep themselves warm. Aubrianne went a little extra and performed a weather spell, just to make everything around them get covered with snow. Sappho and Saraswati started to throw snowballs at each other as it started to stick on the ground.
“How did you do that?” Elbiba asked.
“Here.” Aubrianne reached into her pocket to pull a piece of paper out so that she could hand it over to Elbiba. “But a little warning, Elbiba...”
“Yeah?” Elbiba responded.
“The spell is a little dangerous if your wand movements isn’t following what’s written on paper.” Aubrianne told her before joining the other girls. Elbiba joined in just a few seconds after.
The snowball fight between the girls lasted for a few hours and maybe a little into the midnight. They ducked or laughed as someone threw or got hit with a snowball.
Sir Nicholas, the Gryffindor ghost, kept Headmaster Kaiser occupied by juggling his head and his sword, just to make sure that the girls were doing something that they wanted to do and away from prying eyes.
He sighed and slowly rolled his eyes. “Is that all you’ve got?” He asked the ghost. “I haven’t got all day, you know.”
“Yes, I know, Headmaster Kaiser.” Sir Nicholas responded as he placed his head back on top of his shoulders. “But it’s just a minute of your time, headmaster.”
“Well, go on then.” He told the ghost. “I need to speak to my girls about the challenges that will lie ahead of them.”
“Of course, Headmaster.” The ghost spoke before telling him a tale from the past and what happened to him when he had died. The ghost’s tale as heartbreaking as the things that kept Elijah Kaiser’s fears getting wrapped under a rock. “What’s the matter, Headmaster?”
“Don’t you worry about me, Sir Nicholas.” He responded. “The only you thing that you have to worry about is the students.”
“I understand, Headmaster.” The ghost told Elijah. “The students’ safety is and always will be a priority of mine.”
“Good.” He nodded. “Good.”
As the girls threw snowballs at each other, Elbiba started to slowly lose her balance and tripped on the snowy ground and hit her head on the snow covered ground. The girls dropped their snowballs onto the ground when they’ve heard a loud noise. Aubrianne froze and stood there unable to speak as Saraswati looked towards Elbiba’s direction and screamed, alerting Headmaster Kaiser and the Gryffindor ghost, Sir Nicholas.
“Be quiet, Sara!” Sappho said, trying to calm Saraswati down. “We can fix this... We can fix this and it will seem like nothing has happened.”
“Can we, Saph?” Saraswati asked as she sat on her knees above Elbiba’s head and pulled her close towards her lap and into her arms, trying to keep Elbiba as warm as possible. “Can we fix this? And Aubrey, this was your spell. The one that was supposed to be for fun, so don’t just stand there. DO SOMETHING!”
Aubrianne didn’t respond. She was shaking and trembling from the accident. She couldn’t even breath a word. Elbiba’s fall was something that had happened before because Aubrianne and her twin brother, Joseph wasn’t twins to begin with. They were triplets. Three Gwyndor children. Three bright young wizards. She had a twin sister named Elisha who died when Joseph tried the same weather spell that Aubrianne had mastered at a very young age.
As soon as Aubrianne looked away, Headmaster Kaiser burst into the scene and saw Saraswati on the floor holding Elbiba in her arms. “What happened?” He said, as Sappho dropped her wand onto the ground. “What happened to Elbiba? Girls... What happened here?”
Saraswati held Elbiba’s hand before she moved it onto her wrist, placing two fingers on her wrist and her thumb behind her wrist to feel for a pulse. She felt nothing. Not a single pulse. “I don’t think that there’s something that we could do, Headmaster.” She told them as Sappho and Headmaster Kaiser made their way towards Saraswati and Elbiba.
“What are we going to do now?” Sappho asked Headmaster Kaiser before she turned her head over her shoulder and looked back at Elbiba.
Headmaster Kaiser took a glance at the two girls as they wept at the lost of their fellow Ilvermorny student. He looked around them and reached towards the piece of paper sticking out of Elbiba’s pocket and the wand in her hand. “I know this spell.” He uttered before standing up. “Aubrey... Do you know something about this? AUBREY!”
Aubrianne started to cry before running into the Gryffindor common room and then into the corridors, getting stopped by the Gryffindor ghost, Sir Nicholas and Eric Nohr along the way.
“Aubrey...” Professor Evangeline Caverly softly said, as grabbed Aubrianne’s arm. “What’s wrong, sweetheart?”
“It’s Elbiba.” She replied in between sobs. “She’s gone and it’s all my fault!”
“Sweetie.” Professor Caverly pulled slightly away from the hug. “Accidents happen all the time. This one just...went slightly out of hand. That’s all.”

the story of how aubrianne’s parents got together, because i’m a sucker for a good love story!
As children, Aubrianne and her twin brother, Joseph would sit through their parents rambling on and on about their Ilvermorny days. Her parents, Eiriana and Edmund Lovette-Gwyndor tells the story on how they first met almost everytime, just to be sure of the children’s loyalty to the Lovette-Gwyndor family tradition of graduating from Ilvermorny Wizarding School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. It wasn’t like Aubrianne paid no attention to her parents’ fairy tales. She listened.
Aubrianne’s mother, Eiriana Cruz Lovette-Gwyndor was a nomaj-born witch who’s family moved from Honolulu, Hawai’i to Quincy, Massachusetts to make sure that she gets into the best schools in the district. Her grandparents relied heavily on teaching their children ancient Philippine Witchcraft and Wizardry.
Aubrianne’s father, Edmund Romero Lovette-Gwyndor was a full-blood wizard who’s family resided in Quincy, Massachusetts ever since the Civil War between the Northerns and the Southerns of the first American states. His ancestors came from all over Europe. Most notably, France, Germany, Spain, and the Nederlands. Her father’s heritage wasn’t always keen on moving out of Ireland, especially when the Spanish royal family kicked a Romero family member out of the Spanish royal court. Her father’s side of the family were always hiding a few secrets under their sleeves like their last names. Thus, the last name of Lovette-Gwyndor came about.
Flash forward to the late Swinging Sixties, Eiriana Cruz and Edmund Lovette-Gwyndor was sorted into the Thunderbird house. The decade was filled with betrayals for the Thunderbird house. Most of which came from the Cruz and the Horned Serpent boys.
The pair met in 1972 during a series of classes about the “fantastic beasts” of the wizarding world. The class was the only thing that they bonded over. Aubrianne’s parents hated each other at first, but as soon as they graduated that was when things started to change. Eiriana and Edmund started to date. The pair had to separate when Aubrianne and Joseph were only six years old because of Edmund’s job in the art school for witches and wizards in England.
