Since I'm finally going to be off homeschool for the first time in nearly a year as of Tuesday imma start doing daily blogs.

Today was orientation and surprising I wasn't the only upperclassmen. It was also wayyy better than my original freshman one from old school. I'm going to a charter so a lot of kids are switching from regular high schools as well. it was actually wayyy better than the first. I was kinda chitchatting with this girl next to me and glanced at what she was listening to when skipping songs. I saw the TSOU cover (I was also deprived of sleep so I might have been hallucinating) I'm like "yo you listen to Gracie Abrams???" she looked thru stuff and was like "nahhh" OMG I WAS EMBARRASSED. Then they made us eating (mind you this is a charter so we don't have a cafeteria, we get food from the high school next door like lil rats) and it was in a small classroom so I'm like "can I sit here" she was pretty chill tho. Fyi, it's very weird to be the same grade as the asb leaders like wtf. I also met a girl wearing a camp halfblood shirt with amazing dyed hair and told her how amazing her shirt was. Sadly, I didn't get my schedule which I've been waiting for. I'm either gonna be able to view it online on Monday or get it at school Tuesday. I'm hoping to get vocal and creative writing for my electives at least (I get four lucky me) and hopefully electronic music and dance. I'm also really planning out what I'm doing for clubs. The tech. theater teacher is so nice so I'm gonna ask to help as stage crew bc stage crew >>>>>>>>>>>> acting. Also theater there is intense since it's an arts charter. The first production is pretty minor but it's gonna be Percy Jackson tlt which used to be one of my dreams to act in but I'd love to at least work off stage. I'm also really wanting to write for the school newspaper and maybe do the writing portions of asb leadership. I took a tour of the school back in December and y'all should see one of the many music rooms. Dude there is guitars everywhere.

First day of school was lowkey lame. There's cute dude in my advisory tho so I have that going on. Uh I have like 3 diff friend groups I'm tryna get to invite me to hang out with.
