And just as Johnathan Crane tangles his hands on her pretty hair to set the pace, a dog barks and someone gasped in shock.

“I am so sorry; I didn’t know anyone was home.” A girl, the dog walker he presumed, blushed crimson and looked away with her eyes shut. “I came to drop of Toto, I---”

“Just go, I’ll throw in a bonus if you forget this ever happened, Maggie.” Eva dismissed the teenage girl, who ran out the way she came and the little dog made himself at home.

“You’re a fan of the Wizard of Oz, I take it.” he assumes as he helps her off floor, the mood gone, especially after the yorkie began to bark at him.

She didn’t look like the type to have a lapdog, maybe a more dignified animal like a snake or cat, but not a dog that annoying.

“Never seen it, only heard about it when I left Mexico, why do you ask?” the assassin is honestly confused, something that surprised him.

“Dorothy Gale’s dog is named Toto. I assumed you named it after the dog in the movie.” The man who calls himself the Scarecrow, answered.

Usually he finds such ignorance irritating, but on Eva it is almost endearing.

“Actually, Toto is short for Aristotle, I traded a copy of Nicomachean Ethics for him whem I was sixteen.” she admits with a shy little laugh.

“You know philosophy, but you don’t know much about one of the most famous pieces of media out there. Do you even own a TV, witch?”

She’s collected many costumes throughout her career, and they have put them to good use as any couple with an active imagination and healthy sex life would do.

He has tried that, he tries a lot his drugs on her to test her immunity.

The aphrodisiac had him taking a week off work because she refused to let him go. Not that he minded, he was intoxicated with it too.

So intoxicated they’d even fucked Bruce Wayne when he made the mistake of scheduling drinks with her for business. Then after Wayne, Ducard’s lovely daughter and some others who crossed their paths.

A week he’d never forget.

But not for the reasons you’d think. Jonathan Crane knew exactly what he’d demand Ra’s al Ghul for in exchange for mass production of his most dangerous creation yet.

“On your knees, Miss Smith.” He ordered her after taking her coffee for effect. “Put your smart mouth of yours to good use and I might forget about this incident.”

He’s driven insane by his own weapon.

The antidote can only do so much, it can purge you of the toxin and immunize you, but whatever damage to your psyche it did, it can’t fix.

Johnathan Crane is no longer the brilliant man you seduced into the League of Shadows’ employment.

No longer the brilliant man you corrupted after discovering those shipments of blue flower compound in his apartment.

“I’m not like the other girls, Johnathan Crane.” She said as her grip on his throat tightened enough to put pressure on his windpipe, but she continued to ride him.

Him inside this woman who was immune to his fear toxin. Him tied to the bed with his own shirt and gasping in both pain and pleasure as the lovely Eva fucked him as she choked him.

“How?” he gasps as he held himself back. This had never happened to him, no one was immune to his drugs. She should be petrified, driven insane by things that aren’t there and completely under his control.

To put it simply, the League of Shadows owns her, and she does as she’s told…most of the time.

A deal they’ve had with her family since one of the false Ra’s al Ghul discovered them in the 18th century.

Their Gifted offspring were then sent to be trained by him and they would beget the next generation of weapons upon finding a suitable mate with a worthy set of genes.

Ra’s wants this man to work for him. He’s mastered how to use those rare blue flowers and effectively weaponized it in just a few months.

Still, Eva had to be careful around Johnathan. There is no room for mistakes, and she would suffer in the name of Ra’s fucked-up game of eugenics.

He was a little nutty, but he was good looking in that pretty boy sort of way. Beautiful blue eyes, boyish charm and a big, beautiful brain underneath those pretty brown locks.

Reminded the witch of someone she used to love in a past life.

“Be careful, my dear little witch, he may be of use to me today, but I’d be a fool to let Crane have you.” Ra’s al ghul says as he orders her to find Bruce Wayne and see if she can make a killer out of him.

Wayne is someone he wants to bend to his will, to make him one of them and use him to breed her replacement.

But Eva knows Bruce Thomas Wayne will never be one of them. It isn’t his nature.

Besides, she's seen Ra's get his hands tied and be forced to let her be with Crane.

“Miss Smith.”

Johnathan looks at the assassin waiting for him at his new office, sitting with her legs crossed as on top of his desk reading his latest research.

He had not seen her since she introduced him to her master, Ra’s al Ghul, and he had been inducted into the League of Shadows. He had gone far since then, enough to make guest lectures at Gotham University and take Arkham Asylum from its former head psychiatrist.

He was allowed to practice his craft within the League and with the victims inside prisons, asylums and the like. All those people had spent their lives terrorizing others and now would suffer justice by his hand.

One dose and they were afraid of the Scarecrow.

All except the woman waiting for him inside.

“So formal, Johnny, would’ve thought you’d be happy to see me.” Eva didn’t bother moving from his desk. He doubts she is wearing anything under that designer coat.

The assassin/businesswoman wanted him, and he wanted her, so much so that Henri Ducard had warned him off her.

She is one of the best, he had seen footage of her taking down targets with the grace of a dancer. She had been valedictorian at London Business School, had a Ph.D in Business Administration and majored in international business.

The Riley family served and procreated at the League’s command. Ra’s al Ghul treated them like purebred hounds, or so he had heard from his new assistant.

Eva was the work of generations and the League had better men to offer her.

“Did you enjoy my lecture this morning, Evie?” he had seen her there, seen her wearing just a little more clothes, looking at him like there was no one else in the world, seeing her pupils dilate as he began his lecture and hearing that orgasmic gasp as he fired that gun to prove his point.

“Immensely, to hear the greatest psychologist of our generation speak with such passion does things to a woman, you know.” Eva watches him remove his coat and scarf with such interest that he forgets she is off limits.

“You should’ve seen the habituation I preformed last week at Columbia.” He makes his way over to her and nudged her knees apart to stand between her legs. Johnathan had cuffs in one of the drawers, make her the one at his mercy, make her the quivering mess she made him.

“I heard of it, live tarantulas? I bet many panties dropped that day.” Eva lets him undo the belt and buttons of her trench coat slowly.

She is fond of the color black, an elegant and sensual color especially when she wears skimpy lingerie with her league of shadows pendant nestled between her breasts.

“Got me banned from there, the volunteer bitched about it to the board. You know how they are.” Johnathan peeled the coat off her shoulders while his right hand went to her throat and kissed her like she did that night.

She is the only one immune to it, a trait bred into her lineage so it wouldn’t die out with her father. Crane had been tasked to find a way to make an antidote by studying her blood.

One that had been successful, but oh so difficult to replicate.

That was how the League would destroy Gotham and cleanse the world of evil, of men like Falcone and Zasz and Maroni.

Johnathan had yet to name his price, and now that she was here almost shaking from her own arousal and desperation for him, he knew what he would ask for.

“Are you going to fuck me or is the Master of Fear afraid of what people will say?” she taunted as he released her neck and searched for the handcuffs.

“I’m going to make you mine, dear sweet Eva.” He answered as he handcuffed her wrists behind her back.

She understands him, understands his desires to make the world fear him and control it that way.

And they will be glorious.

Time skip to batman begins, they are now Dr. and Mrs. Johnathan Crane

Eva is trying to take over Wayne Enterprises and merge it with Riley International

Johnathan has made his strongest most contagious toxin yet and has been testing it out on criminals

Eva discovered how to make an antidote using her blood and plans on selling it at a very high price to Lucius Fox as part of her own secret plans to take over the city and eventually the world

they celebrate catching the Falcone Family and driving them insane as the League has planned just as Bruce discovers the league's plan to eradicate Gotham

Rachel Dawes is suspicious of the Cranes but is running on the assumption that they have been coerced into declaring the mobsters criminally insane thanks to Eva’s stellar acting

Eva runs into Bruce at a party (whom she also recruited into the league and was his fuck buddy for a while) who confronts her about the League's plans

Eva just laughs and tells him it ain't gonna happen, but that if he wants her help he's going to have to make her CEO

Bruce makes her CEO and Rachel Dawes becomes even more suspicious of the Cranes and how Eva manages to essentially clean up Wayne Enterprises a little too well

Lucius manages to make an antidote that doesn't require Eva's blood thus making it easier to mass produce, and they begin making it secret just as she blackmails Lucius into telling her bruce is batman

Eva confronts Bruce about being batman and warns him that Ra's al ghul is alive and may be behind the toxin, claims Johnathan is innocent and makes Bruce believe that he is being framed by a man calling himself the Scarecrow who was using the company to recieve the ingredients for the toxin

Rachel Dawes is not convinced about their innocence and continues to investigate this leads to her getting dosed by Crane and Bruce discovers that the Cranes(at least johnathan) have been working with the League to poison everyone

Rachel confronts Eva and is convinced that Eva is innocent when she provides the antidote in water bottles and subdues her now criminally insane husband by injecting him with the og antidote

Johnathan is later aquitted, disgraced and selling his fear toxins to criminals in secret while Eva hands over the CEO position to Lucius and leaves Gotham 'to focus on rehabilitating her husband'

Eva meets with Miranda Tate (Talia al Ghul) expresses her condolences and tells her phase 1 was a success

In this fic Eva is essentially owned by the League as the Rileys have always been involved with them and have that send the Gifted Ones to be trained by them.

So she is working against them from the inside,but also aiming to be a less evil Jeff Bezos like everything she owns is run perfectly, in a safe and humane way but extremly controlled by her because she thinks herself God.

Yeah, Johnathan may be being played,but Eva has a soft spot for him cuz she just wants him safe (and produce at least one child with his genius intellect and her witch powers to pass on her legacy) and does come to love him enough to bail him out of jail and Arkham every time he fucks up.

Just look at this face, can you really say no to that?

Eva would also just let Batman get rid of the bad guys (the Joker, Talia and Bane in next two movies), then take over his company once he fakes his death at the end.
