like a year or two ago i made a post about how jtb manages to make every conversation about his brother and that’s literally not changed😭 the question was “you won the yellow bib for the fifth time now, was this the hardest one?” and the man says “yes” and then goes on about how good tarjei is and how strong and how it was such a battle against him and oh wait, did i mention tarjei is AMAZING

DAY 2 AT THE BIATHLON WCH

Vetle and his pole issues in Hochfilzen;

It started off quite difficult with the poles, breaking one immediately. And then I got Josse´s pole. I think it was 5 centimeters too short. I'm a bit bigger than him. I need a bigger pole. The first half of the first loop was quite annoying with one long and one short pole. So I got one of my own, maybe after one and a half k. But this had too small basket. It was the smallest basket from one way, and today I needed one bigger size. So I think it was Tarjei giving me one the second time. So I think three changes of poles today.
