Hey girl! I’m Ruth Čale ⁣ I’ve been seeing a lot of new faces and wanted to make intro to ya’ll about who I am and then you can tell me who you are in the comments below!⁣ ⁣ I am a flexible dieting coach. I am not a personal trainer, but I am certified lol.⁣ ⁣ Wait what? Let me explain. ⁣ ⁣ When I first started out in my coaching business over 2 year ago I really focused on being a fitness coach. ⁣ ⁣ As the years progressed I wasn’t as passionate about exercise programming. It started becoming a drag to me. NOT GOOD.⁣ ⁣ Yes, exercising is part of my life, I love being active! But I noticed I was more focused and aligned in the nutrition aspect of being a coach and the mindset and beliefs behind nutrition.⁣ ⁣ If I were to ask you which one do you struggle with the most: exercise vs. nutrition? You would probably say nutrition. Am I right? Drop it in the comments below.⁣ ⁣ The cool thing is that I have a network of personal trainers who love exercise programming and I collaborate with. ⁣ ⁣ But as a flexible dieting coach my mission is to:⁣ ⁣ My mission is to help women push past their fears and live their best lives. My goal is to empower them to stop mistreating their bodies through short-term, all-or-nothing approaches to dieting and finally lose weight, keep it off and feel amazing in their skin without giving up their favorite junk foods.⁣ ⁣ Fun facts about me: ⁣ ⁣ 🔅I am Peruvian and Mexican.⁣ 🔅I speak 3 languages - Spanish, English, and broken Croatian.⁣ 🔅I have a BS in finance, although I never found passion in finance.⁣ 🔅I love Dragonball Z.⁣ 🔅You will hate me and love me for the same reason - being too aware, positive and optimistic LOL.⁣ 🔅My favorite question is BUT WHY?⁣ 🔅I have 2 amazing business coaches who have helped me tremendously with my business.
