I'm behind on light on me so I don't really know how the relationships have altered in the most recent eps, but! Daon has big second male lead energy imo, like he's a sweetie but not the one :\, plus he seems overly self-sacrificing and like he'll keep the peace in the group by letting Shinwoo go after Taekyung, I do think it would be nice though if he finally decided that he'd had enough and was going to be selfish and go after Taekyung–narratively, since I'm team Shinwoo lol

I agree. I don't watch a lot of kdramas (actually I don't watch any lol) so idk if this is a common thing but I think what gives him SML energy is the narrative of him being TK's "relationship before the relationship". He's like the nice boy next door who has a heart of gold and genuinely cares about TK but still doesn't quite have soulmate energy.

I absolutely love his character though and his complexity that's starting to shine through and I love how they're not putting him aside in the triangle situation. Him and Shinwoo are equals in this narrative and I absolutely love the differences between the two; like they're so divergent on the outside but they share similar struggles and GOD I can't stress enough how much I love this kind of writing.

In the end I'm team Shinwoo as well but honestly I love these guys so much that I probably wouldn't mind TK and DO ending up together either 🥺✌🏻lol

Hi! :D So I wanted to ask, do you recommend watching The Eclipse? I’m fairly new to all of this and there’s still many series I have to catch up on due to this;It’s just I saw a few people talk about it and was thinking to start it. And I also didn’t want to look through the # in case I come across some spoilers.

It's a god-tier show that hits all the right spots. good production, well-thought out story (though with some minor setbacks towards the end to be fair) and an A+ cast. What more can I say. If you're into lgbt coming of age stories with topics like friendship, trust, family, fire chemistries and some mystery and suspense then what are you waiting for lmao. Head over to youtube and start binging!
