Guys I hate English, like the language, why does it have to be hard? LIKE IM SORRY MY WORD PLACEMENT (idk what it’s called) IS OFF BUT PLS BARE WITH ME😭 ENGLISH IS LIKE ALL THE LANGUAGES COMBINED TOGETHER AND GOD WAS LIKE “hmhm sounds about right let’s put a ‘p’ in front of pterodactyl to make it fancy. You know what? TEACH THEM SEMI COLONS AND SEE HOW MANY OF THEM KNOW HOW TO USE IT. Like bro- what, calm down😭 so what if I mispronounce a word leave me be. I’d rather invent my own language.

After 6 (six) fucking years of learning german i can finally tell what gender all the nouns are holy shit this is a revelation

nooo because as a trilingual,, i am both amazed and offended because on one hand,, that's amazing but on the other— kid speaks at least french and german and english and maybe intermediate spanish,, and we're not even sure what other languages this man speaks but holy shit— he never faltered once. and as someone who isn't even fluent in one fucking language and constantly has trouble in translating my thoughts to whatever language im using at that time,, i am stunned stupid because how even—

Okay but can we talk about how smart Neil is. Because I’m sure he’s missed years and bits and pieces of school, but he’s some math freak and he speaks a bunch of different languages and he’s just incredibly smart???

haha thank you!!! I think I’m just more comfortable with the language now... going to and fro between tabs just to translate an expression is hella frustrating and I’m honestly just glad I dont have to do it as often anymore
