Stand abilities under the cut:

Highway Star: Highway Star is a long-range Stand which can pursue its targets using their scent. It can run up to 60 km/h and indefinitely maintain that running speed in order to chase after its prey. In order to lure targets, Highway Star has the ability to create an illusionary room. Anyone who enters the room is targeted by Highway Star, who then acquires their scent. 

Highway Star can also section itself into many slices as it flies at high speeds, breaking apart into flat horizontal segments shaped like footprints that move independently of each other, and then reassembling itself piece by piece. Its main ability is to absorb nutrients from its victims when any part of it touches the target.

Diver Down: Diver Down's signature ability is to phase through solids and then freely change their insides. By plunging inside an object or person, Diver Down can freely manipulate their internal structure; either to destroy them or piece them together anew.

What if like Jonaplat and Stone Free Kakyoin, if post Part 6, Jolyne herself ends up a Stand, but sad twist, she ends up as a version of Stone Free, what if Stone Free, who tried to save her, accidentally merges with her soul, fusing into a new form of Stone Free, it had green lines and few butterfly symbols, she has to deal with a world that changed, and when she sees Emporio again, it will be super tragic, Jolyne is happy to see the one she considers a little brother alive and well and learns he defeated Pucci but on the other hand found out how emotionally traumatized he got, Emporio breaks down again in sorrow. Weather Report being there makes things more angsty. Her seeing her counterpart Irene doesn’t help either, reminding her that her old body died.

O U G H NOW THAT'S A LOTTA DAMAGE-

okay okay hear me out just to make things even worse: what if that's with everyone

Like, Jolyne, Anasui, Hermes, Weather, Foo, everybody

hell, to make things even worse, what if that's how it's always been? Just like when Star Platinum and Stone Free woke up, there had always been the ghost of a soul there from the very start. Irene grew up with a Stand who was smarter than most, who had her own emotions, who would occasionally spell out words in cursive using her strings and would do everything she could to be there for her

when Irene met Anakiss for the first time and saw Diver Down, Jolyne didn't even care that it was Anasui she found first and tackled him with a hug. The Users, while definitly confused, had been close ever since

for years the two of them searched for the others. The names they knew were basically worthless, and apperances were barely any better, but it was something and if the two of them were here then who's to say the others weren't too. But they still couldn't find anyone else, and for a while they thought for who knows what reason they'd be alone-

but then everything comes together at a gas station

it starts with Eldis meeting Emporio. Her getting kicked off the bus and nearly stranded, but while she talks Hermes can do nothing but stare

because it had been years. Years of keeping this Other version of herself safe, years of keeping Gloria safe, years meeting other Users in passing but never seeing a familiar face

and Emporio looks exactly the same as the day she'd last seen him. Same honeyed eyes, same fluffy blonde hair, same baseball cap and uniform, everything

what's more he recognizes her. The entire time she's been with Eldis not once has she met someone who remembers what happened, and yet here was Emporio looking at her with an emotion so raw and painful that he had to know who she, who Eldis was

and well...... when Eldis finally got close enough you can hardly blame her for jumping out

this then ends up getting Anasui and Jolyne's attention and they also jump out to have their reunion, much to their User's incredible confusion, and the whole time Emporio is just....... stuck staring

he's still in shock, understandably, still processing everything that's happened and what's happening before his eyes. It's not until Jolyne floats closer and wraps a hesitant, gentle strand of string around his wrist and tugs him in their direction that he finally breaks and Jolyne wraps him in a tight, warm hug

Irene may not understand what's going on right now, but she's pretty sure her Stand would kill someone if they tried to seperate the two of them

(also when they end up seeing Weather on the side of the road, Anasui absolutely grabs the wheel from Anakiss to make them pick the guy up, I don't make the rules)
