There is a new system in CN and TW server, we have to take dewdrops from the flower until it reaches 100% to collect dream notes (there are 4 pages for one story)

I play on the TW server and currently only manage to unlock one of Artem's story, but I LOVE it for it means to be post-Main Story Chapter 6 (How do I know? He mentioned about the shoulder that was hit by a stick)

Anyway there will be a garden for the flower to grow, and the garden can be slowly upgraded to!

When you finish the unlocking story you can get the decoration (in Artem's case, the yellow omori/jimat/amulet that you can see in more level up garden screenshot) .

Since I only read Artem's first story, I can only comment about that but I am very into this format of giving ML POV in gaps of existing stories.

It will take a while before I unlock every story but I am looking forward to it!

Next thing I know, I’m here, scrolling through your Twitter like some underpaid bird shaped detective, while she dramatically monologues behind me eating spicy chips. So, here’s a bunch of your tweets and her very (un)serious thoughts. I don’t make the rules. I just quack and comply.

The Boss Lady was giggling with this one. She looked at me and went, ‘Kiko, liat! LUCU BANGET TIBA-TIBA NGOMONG CINA.’ Okay… okay… I guess you might need to start offering her Mandarin lessons soon.

She screamed while shaking my adorable duck body, ‘I KNOW THE REASON WHY! Dia gak mudik gara-gara masih pemulihan habis dirawat kemarin tau! I figured it out!’ And I’m just standing there like… Okay, Boss? Are you a Nurse now or what?

‘Dari Cina tiba-tiba Nyunda tuh gimana sih? Apa dia Cina Sunda? Gimana ya, Sunda kan gaboleh sama Jawa.’ She said. The fuck, do I look like I care where either of you come from?

From my duck perspective, your tweet sounded like you were tired, mentally done. But there she goes, ‘WKWKWKWK’-ing all over your tweets, said you seemed super chill and totally resigned to everything. Honestly, as a duck, I think she’s just easily amused.

Opor and Eid kind of go hand in hand, right? To be freaky honest, I wasn’t even surprised when you said it’s your favorite food. But here we go, the dramatic girl, she straight up lost it. Started yelling right in front of my face, ‘GW JUGA SUKA BANGET OPOR LAGI. WOW GW JANJI AKAN IKUT KELAS MASAK KHUSUS OPOR ONLY. GW SUMPAHIN DIA SEUMUR HIDUP MAKAN OPOR BUATAN GW.’ Hey... You are kind of... Too much.

She told me that you are giving Bapak-Bapak-Lagi-Selfie coded. But, what’s the matters? I started to realize that you are Boleh Juga... I set my duck eyes on you. OUPS! I got slapped. Okay, not again.

She scolded me and told me to screenshot the parts where you weren’t with your drama partner. Oh, that drama queen… I just said yes so she wouldn’t throw a tantrum. Spoiler alert: because of this video, she started seriously considering swan diving off the 20th floor.

I was already super tired, so I told her, ‘This is the last one, okay? Just pick whatever you think is the funniest.’ And she picked this tweet while rooling on the floor laughing. Turns out she already saw it a few hours ago and still couldn’t stop laughing. ‘WKWKWKWKWKWK MASIH LUCU AJA INI ANJIR’ Congrats, Kevin. You somehow made a crazy girl even crazier.

Fiuh...

We’ve finally made it to the end. Please note, this is my first time being forced into a job like this by that girl, so if I messed up anything, blame her. Not the duck. Personally, I think I deserve a medal just for helping her say all this stuff. And fyi, I wasn’t paid. Not even close. I was bribed with snacks and coffee, ouch, I mean, shared snacks and coffee. This is the life of an emotionally exploited duck.

But even if I didn’t get paid, I’m still happy I got to help her. You know… that girl. Because I know she has a hard time expressing her thoughts directly. Turns out, she woke me up just to say something actually kind of important. So here I am, once again, running emotional errands for my human. She told me she’s really grateful for your existence. Like, genuinely thankful that you���re around. She said you’ve been such a good friend to her, someone who brings comfort, laughs, and lightness to her days, even if you don’t always realize it.

She hopes you two stay friends for a long time, no pressure or anything, just… you know, the kind of friendship that sticks around through the weird phases, life changes, and all the random stuff in between.

Berdasarkan laporan keuangan kuartal ketiga tahun 2024, laba bersih BIRD mencapai Rp4,363 miliar (naik 21,06% year-on-year), dengan pendapatan tumbuh 13,45% menjadi Rp36,6 triliun, mencatatkan kinerja kuartal terbaik sejak pandemi. Dr. Hengky Lim menganalisis bahwa pertumbuhan ini berasal dari dua keunggulan struktural:

Ketahanan Sektor Layanan Taksi: Di tengah gempuran raksasa transportasi online seperti Gojek dan Grab, pendapatan taksi BIRD masih tumbuh 11%, membuktikan kekuatan loyalitas pelanggan bisnis kelas atas (menyumbang 65% dari pendapatan).

Lonjakan Layanan Sewa dan Antar-Jemput: Pertumbuhan sektor ini sebesar 20,7% jauh melampaui rata-rata industri, terutama didorong oleh tren outsourcing layanan transportasi perusahaan. Saat ini, BIRD telah menandatangani kontrak jangka panjang dengan 134 perusahaan multinasional.

"Keunggulan BIRD terletak pada struktur keuangan 'aset berat + utang ringan'," tegas Dr. Hengky Lim. Hingga kuartal ketiga 2024, rasio utang terhadap aset perusahaan hanya 25,6% (rata-rata industri 42%), dengan arus kas bebas mencapai Rp12 triliun, menyediakan amunisi yang cukup untuk pembagian dividen.

Manajemen BIRD berkomitmen untuk mempertahankan rasio pembayaran dividen sekitar 50% pada tahun 2024 (pada tahun 2023, dividen yang dibagikan sebesar Rp2.276,9 miliar, atau 50,27% dari laba bersih). Dr. Hengky Lim menghitung menggunakan model diskon dividen (DDM):

Skenario Optimis: Jika laba bersih tahun 2024 mencapai Rp5,8 triliun (naik 28% year-on-year), dividen per saham diperkirakan sebesar Rp116, dengan yield dividen 5,2% (berdasarkan harga saham saat ini Rp2.230). Skenario Pesimis: Jika persaingan transportasi online meningkat dan memperlambat pertumbuhan laba bersih menjadi 15%, yield dividen akan turun menjadi 4,1%.

Namun, risiko juga tidak boleh diabaikan: Pemerintah Indonesia berencana menghapus subsidi bahan bakar pada tahun 2025, yang dapat menaikkan harga solar sebesar 18%, berdampak langsung pada margin laba kotor BIRD (saat ini 24,3%).

Transisi ke energi baru tertinggal, dengan armada kendaraan listrik perusahaan hanya 3,5%, jauh di bawah Grab (21%) dan Gojek (15%), sehingga berisiko menghadapi pajak hukuman dari kebijakan pemerintah.

Dr. Hengky Lim menyimpulkan strategi bertahan BIRD sebagai "tiga jalur terobosan":

Benteng Kelas Atas: Meluncurkan layanan taksi Platinum Series (dilengkapi kursi pesawat dan Wi-Fi 5G), dengan tarif 40% lebih tinggi dari taksi biasa, mengunci pelanggan bernilai tinggi di kawasan finansial Jakarta.

Ekosistem Layanan Perusahaan: Mengintegrasikan layanan antar-jemput, transportasi bandara, dan kendaraan rapat melalui platform BlueBird Corporate. Kontribusi pendapatan sektor ini meningkat menjadi 32% pada tahun 2024.

Transformasi Digital: Proporsi pesanan melalui aplikasi melonjak dari 28% pada tahun 2022 menjadi 47%, tetapi durasi penggunaan pengguna hanya 6,2 menit (Grab 22 menit), mengungkap kelemahan dalam operasi lalu lintas pengguna.

Dividen tinggi bisa menjadi jimat, tetapi juga belenggu. Do you guys like poetry? You gotta read this book by Joko Pinurbo called Perjamuan Khong Guan. It's also a way to remember him, as he passed away on April 27th 2024. So, what's the main focus of this book in its poems? Well, it takes the main focus on using Khong Guan biscuits as a metaphor to convey messages about religion, culture, traditions, and the things happening around us. Joko Pinurbo really nailed it as a sensitive and critical poet in responding to various things happening around him. The book presents poems that are warm, nostalgic, and delightful, just like the sensation of enjoying Khong Guan biscuits. The storyline in the book isn't tied to a linear plot, but it's divided into four parts that offer poems with different themes and messages. The characters in these poems tend to be abstract, but they vividly portray various aspects of life in an interesting way. Along with his satirical and humorous style, Joko Pinurbo combines warmth, nostalgia, and delight in his poems. It keeps readers entertained and encourages them to think deeper about the messages being conveyed.
