I'm still always a bit taken aback by photos of Jewel Staite like this one, because it's just so opposite to what I presumed was her personal style. It's really an endorsement of what a talented actor she is. To me, Jewel Staite is a total tomboy who prefers wearing overalls and is good with tools and big machines. She's not a tiny panties, faux-fur jacket and nothing else kind of girl. Not that I'm complaining! I mean... seriously hot woah.
