a thought about the neo body. (And a spamton/jevil swap)

warning, this is a long as fuck post.

so i was looking at the neo body today, specifically the hair and face, and it kept reminding me of something, and i finally figured it out

It reminds me heavily of concept mettaton, the hair, the face shadow, the hands and i know im not the first to bring this up, but i think its still interesting. And it makes sense that the neo body is just like, an ms paint drawing of mettatons dream body, a rough draft. It fits thematically i think.

but on that note, ive been thinking about how this could translate into jevil swaps. The problem is that undyne seems like the obvious choice for a jevil neo, but undyne doesn’t really have a beta design thats too different.

So im thinking, who does have a starkly different beta design like mettaton. So how about papyrus? His beta design is very different to his final, being quite similar to dedan

And he even has beta battle bodys that could be used for neos.

Think like, a swap au where instead of a salesman, jevil was a bounty hunter. Kept the city safe, but like beta papyrus, he has no redeeming qualities, or really, he lost them with the e fame. Ended up becoming hated and getting kicked out by the king.

and then he needs help from the lightner to get back into the castle to grab what he calls his “uniform” which is an abandoned battle body. So he can become powerful and take on all the evil of the city (kill the king and everyone he doesn't like.)

instead of breaking strings you have to rip out the seams attached to his suit to get him out of it. Not sure what his lyrics would be, but still, i think its a neat idea. :))

Introducing Omegarune, my swap au where all darkworld chapters are Undertale prequel fan games. Chara (Undertale) as Jevil and Clover (Undertale Yellow) as Spamton.

(Experimented with the lighting for the glow in the dark effect.)

some designs for a chapter rewritten take i made back in September if i remember correctly, somewhat old but still really cool.

was one of the first people to ever try out the concept of junkil having a shark tail, i've seen some more designs in recent that have done it, so that's cool, idk maybe i inspired them in some way? doubt it though, only posted it in select servers initially.

Junkil's version of the spamton encounters "BIG HEAD" attack, he shoots mini junkil's on those makeshift unicycles out his mouth.

Here's scampton, i dont think his design is that great looking back, i liked the concept i had going but i feel i could've done some more to make it look cooler.

He used to be the jester, but went insane, causing the queen to try and reprimand him, fortunately (or unfortunately for you, if you choose to go on his fetch quest.) he changed his identity and became a carny, to fit in with the other acetons, who all have booths related to who they are. (you can see he's meant to be a living hand puppet, who controls other hand puppets, the idea was they kept the whole puppet aspect instead of swapping.)

some mediocre art of his boss background, i think it looks a tad stiff, he has spinning eyes, explaining his weird eye position, he has puppets of basically everyone but i couldn't fit them in obviously.

his boss theme would be named LARGER THAN LIFE, which is why he's a giant here, he isnt actually this big, its all a big illusion.. or something, IDK i just thought it looked like a cool background fighting on a giant scampton nose. (also yes all the puppets are connected to his arms, dont ask why he has so many.) (((also also yes those are pipis puppets.)))
