Jet Lag the Game Spoilers ahead!

Me and my mum could write an essay on Sam's bad luck and this guy opens up with "the way to win this thing is high risk high reward". Noooooo Sam! You can't do high risk, you'll lose against all odds! This is how you wind up stranded in Singapore with no possible route out, I'm telling you.

That episode was heart wrenching, I'm such a team badam simpleton but then Sam gets himself into Situations like this and i just. This poor man, someone help him.

this week's jet lag thoughts: what an episode. that montage of sam very seriously inspecting the interactive science exhibits for kids is ADORABLE. also sam and toby's vegemite ant torture device and their guilt over it... ben and adam going to the wrong airport... adam t-posing in front of a train... toby singing the element song that haunted her in the new zealand season...

Ben & Adam pulling the late train curse card is maybe one of the funniest things on Jet Lag, that was ASTRONOMICALLY unlucky. L of the century

just finished ep2!! so funny to me how they’re like “adam will do something unexpected and tricky”, come up with one thing they agree is the most unexpected and then leave it for last 😭😭 the castle thing is so funny luck was NOT on adam’s side LOL the airport thing is so interesting but also even if they find that he’s at the airport i suspect something similar to the slide thing in switzerland will happen again, there are like so many hiding spot possibilities in an airport. very excited to see this will go!!!! i am really enjoying this season think it might be one of my favourites

ohhhhh you're so right about the airport slide thing and the radius confines probably more than just the main building....

and yes this season is awesome i already know i will rewatch it a few times!! it's so unhurried most of the time and i love that it's focusing more on the vacation than on the travel aspect

THE CACKLE WHEN THEY GET ON THE FLIGHT

So I'm watching Jet Lag S8, race from America's northernmost to southernmost town, and Adam begging the flight attendant in Anchorage to book him and Ben onto the flight to Seattle is incredible. "What I'm doing is SO stupid, but I can't take the 4 o'clock flight" and she's trying to do something that is the best any reasonable person could hope for and he's just so polite and so disappointed that she can't help him obey his stupid fae travel rules

Sam: I'm so competitive. I have been training and doing marathons and running calculations on train schedules. I will get a solo win this season at any cost!

Also Sam: I told Adam where to get off the train because I felt bad for him....

I can't believe that Ben actually manifested some minor frustration/disagreement between Sadam. This silly lil guy is too powerful he's gonna make them fall in a well never to be found amidst his victory parade Again!
