Attribute of GOD

Love

Ex 34:6 - And he passed in front of Moses, proclaiming, “The LORD, the LORD, the compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness

Jn 3:16 - For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life

Ro 5:8 - But God demonstrates His own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us

1 Jn 4:8,16 - You, dear children, are from God and have overcome them, because the One who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world.

And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them.

Joy

Ps 104:31 - May the glory of the LORD endure forever; may the LORD rejoice in His works

Isa 62:5 - As a young man marries a young woman, so will your Builder marry you; as a bridegroom rejoices over his bride, so will your God rejoice over you

Lk 15: 7,10 - I tell you that in the same way there will be rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent.

In the same way, I tell you, there is rejoicing in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.

Peace

Isa 9:6-7 - For to us a child is born, to us a son is given and the government will be on His shoulders. And He will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Of the greatness of His government and peace there will be no end. He will reign on David’s throne and over His kingdom, establishing and upholding it with justice and righteousness from that time on and forever. The zeal of the LORD Almighty will accomplish this.

Eze 34:25 - I will make a covenant of peace with them and rid the land of savage beasts so that they may live in the wilderness and sleep in the forests in safety.

Jn 14:27 - Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.

Heb 13:20 - Now may the God of peace, who through the blood of eternal covenant brought back from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great Shepherd of the sheep

Forbearance

Ro 9:22 - What if God, although choosing to show His wrath and make His power known, bore with great patience the objects of His wrath- prepared for destruction?

1 Ti 1:16 - But for that very reason I was shown mercy so that in me, the worst of sinners, Christ Jesus might display His immense patience as an example for those who would believe in Him and receive eternal life.

1 Pe 3:20 - to those who were disobedient long ago when God waited patiently in the days of Noah while the ark was being built. In it only a few people, eight in all, were saved through water.

2 Pe 3:9,15 - The Lord is not slow in keeping His promise, as some understand slowness. Instead He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.

Bear in mind that our Lord’s patience means salvation, just as our dear brother Paul also wrote you with wisdom that God gave him.

Kindness

Ro 2:4 - Or do you show contempt for the riches of His kindness, forbearance and patience, not realizing that God’s kindness is intended to lead you to repentance?

Ro 11:22 - Consider therefor the kindness and sternness of God: sternness to those who fell, but kindness to you, provided that you continue in His kindness. Otherwise, you will also be cut off.

Eph 2:7 - in order that in the coming ages He might show the incomparable riches of His grace, expressed in His kindness to us in Christ Jesus.

Titus 3:4 - But when the kindness and love of God our Savior appeared

Goodness

Ne 9:25,35 - They captured fortified cities and fertile land; they took possession of houses filled with all kinds of good things, wells already dug, vineyards, olive groves and fruit trees in abundance. They ate to the full and were well-nourished; they reveled in Your great goodness.

Ps 31:19 - How abundant are the good things that You have stored up for those who fear You, that You bestow in the sight of all, on those who take refuge in You

Mk 10:18 - Why do you call Me good? Jesus answered. No one is good - except God alone.

Faithfulness

Ps 33:4 - For the Word of the LORD is right and true; He is faithful in all He does

1 Co 1:9 - God is faithful, who has called you into fellowship with His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord

1 Cor 10:13 - No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, He will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.

Heb 10:23 - Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for He who promised is faithful.

1 Jn 1:9 - If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.

Gentleness

Zec 9:9 - Rejoice greatly, daughter Zion! Shout, daughter Jerusalem! See your King comes to you, righteous and victorious, lowly and riding on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey.

Mt 11:29 - Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.

Love

Jn 13:34-35 - A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are My disciples, if you love one another.

Ro 12:9-10 - Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good. Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves.

Eph 2:14-17 - For He Himself is our peace, who has made the two groups one and has destroyed the barrier, the dividing wall of hostility, by settings aside in His flesh the law with its commands and regulations. His purpose was to create in Himself one new humanity out of the two, thus making peace, and in one body to reconcile both of them to God through the cross, by which He put to death their hostility. He came and preached peace to you who were far away and peace to those who were near.

Forbearance

Eph 4:2 - Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love

Col 1:11 - being strengthened with all power according to His glorious might so that you may have great endurance and patience

Heb 6:12 - We do not want you to become lazy, but to imitate those who through faith and patience inherit what has been promised.

Jas 5:7-8 - Be patient, then, brothers and sisters, until the Lord’s coming. See how the farmer waits for the land to yield its valuable crop, patiently waiting for the autumn and spring rains. You too, be patient and stand firm, because the Lord’s coming is near.

Jas 5:10 - Brothers and sisters, as an example of patience in the face of suffering, take the prophets who spoke in the the of the Lord.

Kindness

1 Co 13:4 - Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.

Eph 4:32 - Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.

Col 3:12 - Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.

Goodness

Ro 15:14 - I myself am convinced, my brothers and sisters, that you yourselves are full of goodness, filled with knowledge and competent to instruct one another.

Eph 5:9 - for the fruit of the light consists in all goodness, righteousness and truth

2 Th 1:11 - With this in mind, we constantly pray for you, that our God may make you worthy of His calling, and that by His power He may bring to fruition your every desire for goodness and your every deed prompted by faith.

Faithfulness

Lk 16:10-12 - Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much, and whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest with much. So if you have not been trustworthy in handling worldly wealth, who will trust you with true riches? And if you have not been trustworthy with someone else’s property, who will give you property of your own?

2 Th 1:4 - Therefore, among God’s churches we boast about your perseverance and faith in all the persecutions and trials you are enduring.

2 Ti 4:7 - I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.

Titus 2:10 - and not to steal from them, but to show that they can be fully trusted, so that in every way they will make the teaching about God our Savior attractive.

Gentleness

Isa 66:2 - Has not My hand made all these things, and do they cam into being? declares the LORD. These are the ones I look on with favor: those who are humble and contrite in spirit, and who tremble at my word.

Mt 5:5 - Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth.

Self-Control

Things that are wrong with that answer:

You completely avoided the question.

No, the Bible isn't peer-reviewed. As you stated, God has no peers. He is God. 

The Bible -- in it's entirety -- isn't the Word of God verbatim. It was written by man. Man is flawed. Not to mention the countless translations and mis-readings of the original work.

If we don't need to re-interpret the teachings of the Bible as we change as a society, then why have we re-interpreted the teachings of the Bible as we've changed as a society? It's called a 'living work' for a reason.

You cannot use a 2000+ year old holy book to defend your scientifically ignorant positions. Science supplies us with evidence. Faith does not.
