Yogafaith was born out of observation of the many postures of prayer that biblical figures took on. Urgent cries, intercessory and prayers of emergency you can find many flat on their face, or pronated. Surrendered postures are kneeling or seated, also laid out in a supinated posture....ever been there? No other posture will do when all you have left is Jesus and you say, "Lord, I can't do this anymore. Take the wheel!" What about the posture of praise and adoration? Yes! In the Bible people stand with their hands raised and open to THANK, MAGNIFY, WORSHIP AND GLORIFY THE KING OF KINGS!!! ❤️ He loves our creative prayers and postures of prayers!
