mmmmm (complains about the anime...)

on one hand i’m glad we get lil cute kurosawa sister moments but it’s just. that’s it. they give like maybe 10 second of them being cute but it’s like what’s the point of making them sisters in the first place if the anime doesn’t go more in depth on their relationship and such :( I think i’m just really disappointed because I was hoping they wouldn’t sweep away the other characters after their respective episodes but that’s exactly what they’re doing, especially to ruby. Like ruby needs more love and screen time and she keeps on not getting that 

gahhh someone mentioned that they wish they didnt keep on making 9 characters bcuz that’s too much characters to develop in a story and now i can’t help but agree because they do a bad time allocating screen time to each character (and i still think kanan is lacking screen time too)

I know i shouldn’t expect so much from a very “eh”written school idol anime but idk LL has been there for me since HS and it’s just sad to see they don’t do more w/ the characters.............. like all they talk about is saving the school. Literally. every. episode. we’ve already went thru that whole spiel with the first LL why do they keep bringing that back again. Loving school so much that your whole plot and conflict revolves around saving it? unrelatable.

And there’s soooo many easy ways for them to just save the school but they keep on throwing around dumb obstacles like mari not wanting to ask her dad for help, and her dad giving like a stupid ass time limit to get 100 students. Idk they just making up very weak obstacles to why they can’t do certain things just to stretch out the episodes alksjljflasd

sorry i kno no one wants to hear me complaining about this, but I love LL and wow the mediocre writing is really getting to me this season :(((

I don’t think I’ll be able to make fanart for today, but here’s some old sketches. Although I’m not as into Kagepro as I was before, the series is still pretty precious to me since it gave me the opportunity to meet my most precious mutuals and my beautiful friend/kouhai @scherzandre. ZTD Spoilers+Opinions on the game

Surprised that I actually understood for the most part what was going on throughout the game. I will say, I think VLR and 999 are my favs compared to ZTD...

Kind of disappointed that I didn’t see any extra stuff after the CQD End 2? I was expecting a whole bunch because I know VLR had a TON of extra stuff after the “end”. It would’ve been cute to see Diana, Sigma, and Phi’s lives after the whole mess or seeing CQD work as a team to save mankind.

And I really wasn’t that surprised by any of the twists? Such as the reveal of Zero and that fact that Q was actually there the whole time for some reason. Even though Q being there+not being Sean the whole time was something I never even caught on to. I think personally, I don’t really like those story telling methods where they just never mention the elephant in the room... Like.... Q was with them the whole time and they never mentioned it ever again after they started the game??

Maybe the whole zeal was lost because of me, since I ended up consulting walkthroughs to know how to open fragments and figure out this one room (the one for team C where they’re in the rec room)? Plus, I might have been putting my expectations wayyyy above the roof.

Overall, I think ZTD was just... alright... I think VLR might be my fav out of the whole series but I need to replay 999 in order to truly know haha. Regardless, I think it’s awesome ZT*D could even be made in the first place thanks to the fans. And thanks to Mr. Uchikoshi and the Zero Escape team for making such a fun franchise.

The pictures I took at AX! I had a lot of fun even tho I was pretty tired from jet lag. SO MANY AMAZING COSPLAYERS and I'm glad they let me take pictures of them. I hope I can go next year too!

Day 3 We headed to Tokyo Disneyland and it was so much fun! I'll be honest, I got in a fight with my mom and had a very childish tantrum but everything is cool now. The food here is definitely something you want to try, and everything in Tokyo Disneyland is very well maintained and orderly. The workers in charge of getting people on and off the rides were verrrrry timely about getting people on and off. Even when it rained right before the Electric Parade and fireworks, when the rain immediately stopped, the employees came out to mop up the rain and make a clear path for the parade. I will say that as amazing as Tokyo Disneyland is, the rides are still pretty identical, so if you've been to Disneyland a lot like I have been, it might not be as fun since the rides are pretty similar.

Day 2 We got out of the onsen and headed to Shinjuku to stay at our apartment for the next two weeks. We didn't do much that day because we were exhausted, and ended up sleeping for a long time. But I love how small our room is. Even the bath is super small. Also, people here are extremely nice and polite and clean. Seeing them be like this makes me want to have those traits too
