🗣 “You’ll never guess what they stole from my home?” That question is something a Realtor never wants to hear from their client. ⠀

Jennifer (fake name) was the one who said that to me. I was recommended to her by a friend, and she had a very nice condo that she wanted me to rent for her about 4 years ago. ⠀

Jennifer had just gotten married and she and her husband had moved into a home they recently purchased. Prior to that, she had lived in this condo for many years.⠀

Since her place was pretty much empty, she allowed me to put a lockbox on the door so agents would be able to show it whenever they wanted to. ⠀
