IVE BEEN THINKING ABOUT THISSS SINCE I READ THE FIRST ASK its perfect its really perfect. jean has no idea who robin is until she gets signed into his team, he's surprised to hear the psu foxes couldve produced such a nice normal well-meaning person, then he gets a call from kevin after years of no contact to ask him to look out for essentially this random ass girl. at first jean would be so annoyed at kevin because it's been YEARS and this is what you're asking me to do? but kevin is so insistent and he eventually grows fond of robin too, to a point where he's actively doing what kevin asked of him (and angry at himself for it)

then kevin visits robin on the off-season and robin's like oh well jean is in town too we should totally meet with him for dinner kevin! and one thing turns to another and now robin is sitting there between these two grown men who so clearly have missed each other like a limb but can't even admit it to themselves. her only friend in the professional league and her mentor. after a few minutes of tense conversation she mentions she's considering sponsorships and they both start (loudly) discussing what she should or should not pick from the two most marketable perfect court members

and this is all without mentioning the andrew angle which is hilarious. he's lying back home with neil thinking robin is being looked after by kevin and then he hears she's actually become friends with fuck ass jean moreau. the worst possible person andrew could think of
