Florida and Louisiana laughed together as they ran into an open field. They had been running from the cops after releasing baby alligators into a local Walmart, and they had now gotten the cops off their tails. Both states collapsed in the soft slightly damp grass next to each other, both gasping for air as they laughed.

Florida brushed some hair away from his eyes and turned his head to look at Loui, and he couldn’t help the faint blush that spread across his face.

Louisiana was absolutely beautiful….. His heterochromatic eyes sparkled in the moonlight in all the best ways, properly defining the colors to their full extent. Loui’s skin looked ever so soft, like he would shatter if poked a little too hard. A beautiful blush spread across his face as well. And that smile….Oh that smile…. It was one of the things that Florida admired so much in the Pelican State. The smaller’s teeth shined in the moonlight, his sharp fangs being quite visible now that Loui was genuinely smiling. Louisiana’s sharp jaw, chiseled collarbone, slender frame, scars from years of war and abuse, his soft delicate hands and painted nails, his purple and green eyes with specks of gold, his oh-so kissable lips…. Florida loved it all. He was Loui’s and Loui was his, and he hopes that it stays that way for however long they may exist.

Louisiana seemed to feel Florida’s staring, as he turned his head too. "Mais sha you good?"

Florida was quickly snapped out of his thoughts and he chuckles as he answers, "Oh I’m fine, just admiring my beautifully adorable boyfriend~”

The squeak that came out of Loui’s mouth and the blush that spread across the Cajun’s face would be forever cherished in the back of Florida’s mind. Florida reached his arm over and under Louisiana, wrapping it around his waist and pulling him close.

"Can I kiss you, mi amor?"

"Bien sûr, tu peux m'embrasser, ma chérie-"

And that was just what Florida did. He gently pulled Loui in for a passionate kiss, arms wrapping around the smaller’s waist. Loui melted into the kiss and wrapped his arms around Florida’s neck. The Chaos Duo™️ kissed for a solid two minutes before finally breaking apart for breath. The two stayed in that position, lovingly looking into each other’s eyes, hazel staring into purple and green.

"I love you so, so much, Mi Pelícano…."

"Je t'aime aussi, ma fleur d'oranger…."
