Dear One Legacy Ambassadors; As we continue our efforts to enlarge our tentacles on collaborative move, JCI visited the management of Crest 106.1 F.M to discuss on our upcoming developmental projects which we designed to impact the general public. Projects that will impact youth, as well as the health care of rural communities around Akure. Our discussion was effective because they fell in love with our plans, they were happy because these are projects they envisage that will bring positive change to our fellow citizens, as well as the less privileged in our society. Due to the recent out break of a deadly disease called "Lassa Fever" in Ondo State and Environ the Entire Board members and members of Junior Chamber International Akure, in partnership with the National Youth service Corp members (band and health cds) Ondo State Radiovision corporation OSRC, Ondo state Ministry of Environment, Ondo Ministry of Health, Ondo state ministry of Information. Went out today 1st Feb 2020 To sensitized the General public about the cause of this deadly disease called Lassa Fever and how more the transmission can be avoided . We seriously engaged the General public, the men and women of the industry and educate them about preventive measures . We took our WALK to the beautiful market of isikan in akure to make sure the market men and women are properly sensitized.
