The Detective

For every bar that exists in a story, there must always be a drunk detective within, ready to take any case

You're stereotypical alcoholic detective, with a touch of crazy

Tasked with investigating any anomalies found within the source engine and the void.

Tries to exude an aura of confidence and temperance, but would often devolve into a state of passionate, manic schizo ranting when either drunk, pressured, or simply when he gets too excited

Likes to hang out with the Cellist where he can comfortably rant about conspiracy theories and government coverups wendigoon style

Was previously investigating the sudden rise of living ragdolls and the "Construct Silhouette" phenomena, before being hired by the Bartender to investigate further into the black shards and the incident with the void cat

In exchange for his service, he is given a VIP card that gives him access to a lifetime supply of alcohol (which he is seen wearing dangling from his neck)

Was previously a criminal investigator but quit after dealing with "It", an unsolvable cold case that he was so close to solving but was unable to find the final piece of the puzzle. Now, It continues to haunt him with wonder and guilt knowing he will never be able solve it, deciding to quit and change focus onto anomalies rather than criminal cases before it continues to eat away at him

Soryy for the yapathon, I just wanted to finally bring this character to life. Bye bye :3333
