I've been doodling and looking at reference pictures for a full week on and off of work. Arturia's shoulders haunt my dreams, but I finally figured out a pattern for the dress shoulderpads! I've drawn these freehand on graph paper and taped them up to get the 3D form. Feel free to use these and credit the source if they work. I feel confident about these. Cut the cape and finished the colors. Will be making the bias tape tomorrow to fit the circumference. I'll also be fitting the model to the cape to make sure everything matches up.
