Welcome to one of my favourite places on Earth, Batu Caves

When I tell you that there is nothing more iconic and Tamil than the beautiful golden statue of Lord Muruga.

When I went up the stairs and looked up, I saw the half moon in the morning sky (despite being absolutely dizzy and out of breath). For real though, this is just a work out but for Indian people 😭

My parents used to take me here when I was younger, like every few months. But its been so many years since and I’m just so glad I’m old enough to go on my own.

I was just so happy that I choose today of all days to go because the weather was so perfect and the sun made every picture I took just more beautiful than it already was.

Also this is the first place that I’ve ticked off in my 2023 bucket list 🥰❤️
