“Huh,” Scott wonders aloud. “Wonder how come there’s a potted plant in the middle of the lawn…definitely not mine. The daisies are pretty. Wonder where that came from.”

omfg it’s almost midnight here and i have to get up for work at 5 AM but let me compose at least some of my thoughts …

the first very touch of human flesh upon you; the cracked polystyrene blinks that you give with twitchy eyelashes; you siphon your romantic tendencies between a messy mélange of gritty 18+ hentai and victorian romance novellas; idia pours his damned and tormented soul into making you perfect for him and you pour yourself willingly into the image, designed just for one man <3

Repurpose ceramic coffee pour over that cracked. Makes a great bonsai succulent container.

basically every plant I own needed attention today except for two plants in opposite situations:

- the zz plant that my app says needs fertilizing, but my moisture meter still shows like the slightest hint of moisture. waiting for the needle to NOT EVEN TWITCH, not the slightest movement at all before I water him.

- my elephant bush which is STILL WET apparently from the last time I watered it supposedly 20 days ago????? to me this means this plant has or will soon have root rot basically and it’s a matter of time until it goes. I could try to save it but I wouldn’t say I am that attached to it, and if it goes I could get something else soooooooooooo. farewell friend OR congrats for making it. maybe the weather will stabilize enough for me to stick it outside soon and it’ll perk up

Speaking of root watch I have several plants with roots coming out the bottom, including my heart leaf philodendron and ponytail palm, the latter of which I am concerned might need to be repotted. Another one though, my scindapsus, HOO BOY it had some chunky roots out the bottom so I checked it and

it is now ensconced in the pot that once held Taako, decorated for me by who else but my mom

Also breathtaking are these turtle vines!!!!!!! I love them. and speaking of tiny plant pairs, I forgot to mention I got some little african violets.

look at their tiny little pots. I did in fact almost forget that they existed at all so it’s a bad start for my fourth attempt at African violets

repotted my giant jade plant & extracted the big climbing purple thing that was living with it... :-)
