Dislyte Boyfriend Headcanons

The both of you argued. What would they do?

Drew

He hates arguing, but that’s inevitable in relationships.

He’s definitely not the type to start an argument. It’ll most likely be you who started the argument.

Even when you’re yelling at him, he stays calm and composed. He tries to reason with you whilst trying to calm you down.

At some point, you turn and leave. Your blood was still boiling at this point.

He gives you time to calm down.

When you do, you realize you shouldn’t have screamed at him like that.

Once you’re ready to apologize to him, you approach him sheepishly.

“I’m sorry.“

He sits you down and forgives you...but then lectures you about how you shouldn’t handle arguments like that. It’s nothing callous, just extremely boring.

Jacob

You love him and his cute face, truly. But he’s so infuriating to argue with.

You wonder: “HowthefuckinthenumerousespersdidIfallforhim”

One, he could care less about your argument.

Two, you’re disturbing his sleep: That’s more irksome than anything right now.

Three, is he even listening?

Arguing with him is like arguing with a brick wall. He’s too tired to listen to whatever you have to say.

You throw something at him? He dodges it and glares at you.

You storm off because you can no longer handle his bullshit attitude? Good, he can sleep now.

...Only for him to lay awake, thinking about what you said.

He’s a cold-hearted villain. You should’ve expected this kind of behavior when you established a relationship with him. < That was what he thought. He still can’t help but feel guilty, though.

He enters your room, after spending a few minutes procrastinating.

He waits for you to yell at him again. When you finish or when you don’t say anything, he mumbles an incoherent apology.

Is he...chanting to a cult or apologizing?

But judging by his facial expression, you can tell he was sorry.

You have to forgive him. How can you not? He’s adorable.

He then sluggishly hugs you. Once you forgive him, he’s fast asleep.

Li Ling

You don’t even know what’s happening anymore.

The both of you are probably shouting at each other like it’s the end of the world.

Even if you hit Li, he’ll never hit you back. He would never use his petrifying strength on you.

A little later into the argument, he says something that made hot, angry tears slip out of your eyes. It’s that or you said something that made him lose his cool.

- He said something that makes you storm off, crying.

That’s when he realizes he really fucked up.

He tries to apologize to you as soon as possible, but you locked yourself in your bedroom.

He probably sat beside your door, waiting for you to come out.

You have no idea how fast he jumped on your when you finally opened the door.

“Li...stop apologizing. It’s the 420th time.“

He makes an oath to never argue with you again.

- It’s that or you said something that made him lose his cool.

He’ll wear his rage on his face. He almost sent a punch directly into your face. He stopped himself before anything, though.

He takes a deep, shaky breathe before leaving the building. He slammed and practically broke the door.

You chase after him. You genuinely apologize and admit to your mistakes. It took a while for Li to let go of his pride and apologize too. At least he managed to do it in the end.

a bed isn’t the only place to sleep (sometimes it’s beside you)

jacob swears he’ll never disclose to anyone the spot he has for himself to get a good, peaceful sleep. …or would he?

“he just disappears from time to time.” leon tells you with his hand on his chin.

“yeah! it gets so annoying because it’s almost like he’s fleeing from his duties as a shadow decree member.” freddy grumbles and crosses his arms on his chest.

“you mean the ‘duties’ you give him?” you stress the word as you narrow your eyes at him.

“ha?!” freddy taunts as leon simply raises one of his eyebrows. “are you siding with him?” the fenrir stomps to you, attempting to intimidate you with his large build.

“if you think you could make me cower, you’re wrong.” you show him a smug smirk and cross your arms as well.

you quickly look at the source of the voice, your eyes widening upon seeing jacob standing by the door. the jormungand lazily approaches the conundrum between you and freddy.

although he was probably too slow as you already sprinted towards him and tackled him in a really tight hug.

“i missed you!” you press your cheek on his affectionately and give him a peck.

unbeknownst to you, jacob’s heart warms at the words and actions despite the hard floor hitting his back.

“where have you been?” you softly whisper into his ear.

he quickly realizes this was all a trap and your efforts were made futile once he shakes his head, failing once again to get the answer out of him. you pucker your lips and you stare into his eyes, obviously begging him to just tell you his secret place already.

“get a fucking room.” freddy angrily grumbles at the public display of affection, and that fact you both were doing something so “scandalous” and with no shame!

“oh, we will. once jacob tells me where he always sleeps.” said boy blushes at the innuendo, and quickly shakes his head to remove all the thoughts that formed in his head.

“let’s go back, we have a new mission.” leon quickly alerts all of you in the room, everyone else organizes themselves as to not look disheveled even though you were sure that after this, you’re all coming home with more blood in your hands.

“jacob, while they’re away, why don’t you- hey!” jacob now has his back against you. even though he was an adult, he definitely never grew out of his childish behavior.

your attempts on learning his top secret never ceased. at this point, he was sure that even though you were at the brink of death, you’d still ask him about it.

when a new member of the shadow decree joined your friend group, you were more than happy to tour him around the base. you’ve learned his name was tang yun, and you grew quite close with him regardless of his distant and quiet nature. he reminded you a lot of jacob.

your closeness with the six-eared macaque didn’t go unnoticed by him. he was always watching afar, scoffing here and there every time he saw you get giddy at something tang yun said. he bets he’d be able to to make you smile even wider, just for him.

he couldn’t sleep with you plaguing his mind, everything was now about you. it probably had something to do with tang yun, but the thought of that new member makes him shiver even though he was already used by the cold winds of the night.

it’s been days since you asked about his secret, almost like you had forgotten about your bond with him already and his chest suddenly felt heavy. he didn’t know why he felt so sick for every scenario he envisioned with you spending time with tang yun.

countless sleepless nights had passed.

he awoke to your form peacefully sleeping beside him in his bed.

“shit.” he quietly muttered, putting a hand to his mouth to avoid more profanities from coming out. red hues painting his face, he slowly sits up and tries to recall the night before.

way past midnight, tang yun had been talking to you about his problems as an esper and you were very willing to lend a hand.

this fueled jacob’s frustration and impulsively reacted. in which he ended up dragging you to his room rather harshly.

he slowly lays you down on his bed, making sure you were comfortable with the position.

jacob was on top of you, his leg between yours. his hands were gripping yours, although not too tight to be able to hurt you. he wouldn’t ever want to do that, whether intentionally or on purpose.

“jacob…? um, what brought this on?” you look up at him with your eyes slowly turning glassy.

“i… don’t want you to be near him…” he looks away, a blush creeping up onto his face.

your heart skipped a beat.

jacob adjusts your position so he’d be able to wrap his arms around your form. he sits you up and plops you on his lap, making you circle your legs around his waist. he rests his head on your chest.

“i’m sorry, i was jealous.” he mutters, but now his words were clearer than before.

“it’s alright, jacob. i actually…” your palms reach for his cheeks and you rub away the tears that have formed. looks like he was actually more worried about losing you than you expected him to.

“like you, too.” you peck his nose.

next, both of his cheeks.

his forehead.

now, you kiss his lips.

you could feel him smile and you kiss him a little harder.

around two minutes pass and you were both practically heaving for air.

“fuck, that was intense.” he breathed out as he lays down on the bed, you did the same.

after retrieving enough air, the two of you cuddle each other under the warm sheets, limbs intertwining with each other. the two of you quietly decided he’d be the big spoon and you were the little spoon.

this wasn’t what he thought of when he planned to finally tell you about his room, but he wasn’t complaining.
