Pumpkins are green before they turn orange in maturity, and that gave me the idea to draw Jack-o-moon but as a green pumpkin

So I present to you, young Jack-o-moon still growing on the vine

Aaaaaand he is done!

Jack-o-Sun is finally completed!

And he is ready to fulfill his destiny as my jewelry plate 🎃🎃

I had so much fun working on him and I loved how he turned out!

He was part of a set along with a Moon figure I bought in like may lol they used to look like this::

And now they look like this!!

I'm so so happy I made these and I hope I can make more cute stuff in the future!

Here’s what I got for my Fair Play Au, it takes place during a modern day Fall Fest! I don’t really have a set story for it yet, but I wanted to share some of the designs I made so far!

I made my own interpretation of Jack-O-Sun, as for Jack-O-Moon I tried my best to figure out his coloring 😅

I gave them tickets that they could give away to the children after the carousel ride ends, that way the kids can get prizes with it! Moon will probably roam around at night when the place closes down for the day. That’s when he can walk with Y/N lol. Sun will usually chat with Y/N before their shift starts.

Here’s Y/N basically just a different uniform lol, they patrol the festival grounds during the evenings and nights

And that’s what I got so far! This won’t be a fic tbh, but expect comics and little doodles here and there!

Also there’s a new bunny friend as well. Don’t worry about it :)

All was done with colored pencils, and I wasn't sure which form of Jack-o-Moon to take, so ended up with that one! (ok, I was going to do an Eclipse without thinking and saved it LOL).

Solar was afraid that after he was falsely arrested and imprisoned for a month, his poor little ornamental pumpkin plant would die without him. To his shock, it instead gained sentience.

I was trying to think of a metaphor for how it must have felt for solar, making something that was basically alive but not sentient, only for it to gin sentience on its own...anyways this is what came to mind. Also instead of dying he was falsely accused and arrested
