When life and the weather don't cooperate and you're struggling to get back in the swing of things, you grudgingly haul your booty to the treadmill and do as much as you can. Then you keep going because you "CAN do just another 5 minutes" or "I can't stop in the middle of a quarter mile" or "I can't stop at 23 minutes, I'll stop at 25." It's a sickness that I'm happy to have. It pushes me when no one else can.
