I am once again asking why is he like this and why is the manga like this in general.

Why do the Reploids have butt creases.

Why did he get the ~flowery~ text??

(I am not certain if this font is readable on screen readers but I think I've heard it isn't, I'm just asking "why did he get the flowery text")

Storm Eagle is pointing his Buster at Zero with intent to shoot. Second panel shows Zero forming his Buster to confront Storm Eagle. Third panel shows the same angle as the first except it is now framing Zero between Storm Eagle's legs, also pointing his Buster at him with intent to shoot. There is a noticeable crease in Storm Eagle's "pants" implying a butt where there should not be, since he is a Reploid.
