Jonny always felt so alive when he was on stage, with his friends. With his crew. He was made to tell stories, he knows he was. It was just so natural,to get up on stage and scream and sing his ticking heart out, to dance and move to the beat of the songs they played. To hear how excited people got, how happy people were to hear their songs.

Jonny readjust the mic in his hand, as Raphaella fiddled with the bright stage lights. He was filled with a nervous, excitable energy as they finished the last little bits of set up for today’s concert. Brian was playing something on his accordion, while Gunpowder was strumming and tuning his guitar. Jonny grinned and turned to Marius and Nastya, who were having a calm ‘debate’ about which violin/viola part they were going to take for the set. Nastya had pulled her gun, but hadn’t shot yet, so much calmer than their usual ‘debates’. Likely because Nastya seemed more focused on talking with Aurora on her communicator than actually trying to prove a point.

Ashes lit up a cigar and took a drag. “We ready for tonight's set?” They asked.

“Yeah,” Jonny said. “Unless Tim flubs her lines again.” Jonny grinned as Tim’s head shot up from his guitar, and she glared at the first mate.

“It was one time!” Gunpowder yelled back.

“And I’ll hold it over your head for the rest of eternity,” Jonny replied, grinning.

Tim rolled his eyes, and she turned back to his task at hand.

“And after,” Ivy started, “the plan is to burn? Or did we change course?”

“Nope,” Ashes said. “My turn to pick the finale, and well, I always enjoy a good bonfire.”

“I Have Brought Bone-Marrow, Sticky and Fluffy Desserts As Per Master-At-Arms Gunpowder’s Request!” The Toy Soldier called from its spot on the stage, tuning its mandolin. It held up a bag of Earth marshmallows. It put the marshmallow’s down and held up a porcelain tea set. “Pre-Show Tea, Anyone? We Must Make Sure Our Voices Are In Tip-Top Shape!”

“I’ll gladly take some, Soldier!” Marius called.

“Ah, Of Course, Old Bean!” The Toy bounced over and poured a cup of tea–that looked a little suspiciously like motor oil–and handed it off to the violinist.

Raphaella landed on the stage, next to her piano. Jonny turned and glanced at how she adjusted the lights. He nodded approvingly and went to turn back to her before one of the mortals who worked at their current venue (a small, local bar that they’d played at a few times on a small planetoid) approached the stage.

“The bar’s going to open soon, are you all ready?” the worker asked.

“O’course,” Jonny said, shrugging. Jonny turned to his crew. “We ready for this shit?”

“Yeah,” Brian said, “I think we’re all good to go.”

Jonny nodded, and grinned, “Let the show begin, then. Places!”

Performing was one of Jonny’s favorite things. It filled him with energy and excitement, it was one of the most natural things he’d ever done. He thrived off of performing. The show must go on, and go on it will.

I made Tim and Ashes in the sims (specially as hades and persephone). This is all well and good except i gave them a fire place because Ashes and Tim keeps lighting himself on fire.

I cannot for the life of me draw humans, so I’ve made some anthro designs for the Mechanisms crew!
