There were literally medieval peasants that had better healthcare than I do
#ive literally had a cough for a month thats so terrible its burst blood vessels in my face and caused me to throw up from the coughing#i cant get off ftom work and i cant afgord to see a doctor about it#so i just huddle in my bed when im not working to the bone praying it goes away#like literally ancient peoples could go see doctors more easily than I can right now#im surrounded by a sea of advanced medical practices that might as well be on another planet for how accessible they are to me right now#which is worse actually than not having them at all#some kind of hellish tantalus torture#look we could stop your suffering! we could heal you! make everything all better so easily!#if only you didnt have to choose between rent and food every month :) oh well!
