#talked with a friend last night about my passiveness and honestly i kinda needed that talk lol#didnt... address the thing we were talking about but#ive built the courage to address OTHER things that have been bothering me (mainly at my workplace)#confronting people is hard but goshhhhh#you gotta do it sometimes#u rlly rlly do#ill get to the bigger issue eventually but for now ill take small steps and get the confidence flowing
