#personal#selfie#ed cw -#ive been struggling lately with restricting myself & didnt even realize but#i was only eating like ~13-1500 cals a day#my hunger cues are all jacked up cuz ive been binging a lot & just am realizing#ive been developing a very unhealthy relationship to food#ironically the calorie tracking apps are what r helping me realize just how much im undereating#ive been watching a lot of jen bretty videos & honestly..... shes a good gal#ive been rly stressed irt food lately#even tho i was prepping/planning/doing all this stuff#& she just has rly helped me realize thats WHY ive been so stressed#ive been letting food obsession rly kinda take over my life#i restrict for a while & then binge for a few days#& its cuz i have thus mentality that everything has to be perfect all the time#& it doesnt!!#thats ok#so now im trying to eat more/get close to 2k cals a day if i can#esp since im working out so dang much w rugby & running club 3 days each per week#and i looked at myself in the mirror last night & could see my ribs so bad#it was a v eye opening moment#i wasnt expecting myself to look like that#so i wanna do my best to turn myself away from this path cuz i can see where its going if i dont#& its not good#so i had pasta for lunch & took an offer of shared fries from a classmate today#& then ima go get a pastry from the cafe in a bit cuz i fuckin want one aight#hell yeah#damn long ass tags lol
