trying to get into hair care stuff and finding good information is hard. No one's hair works the same way. Articles repeat general points or suggest big routines that would be impractical for me.
one person's account of how they manage their hair ends with talking about how they trim their split ends based on a moon calendar

What kind of girls are you into?
dark hair, dark eyes, just dark features in general. curly hair makes me go 😍 so if a girl has dark curly hair its over for me like she has me on my knees already just for that. soft curvy body with hips and full thighs and on the shorter side (but im slightly taller than the average female height so that probably dont mean much lol most girls are shorter than me so its just something im used to but i dont actually care about height ive just noticed that all girls ive dated or had a fling with have been like a head shorter than me)
like i pretty much like girls that are opposite to me looks wise for some reason like my features are very fair/light like blue eyes light blonde hair stereotypical scandinavian features and just slim and tall without much womanly curves and while i do think im beautiful and all that its not the type of beauty that attracts me or catches my eye like i guess the eurocentric beauty standard never resonated with me like that growing up ive always been attracted to darker features like ive always had this type for as long as i can remember. maybe it comes down to the opposites attract theory but who cares i like what i like
personality wise, i like girls similar to me. i like loud and energetic and full of humor and wit and a sharp tongue but i do tend to fall for women who are a bit softer/calmer than me like i can be very intimidating and my energy can become too much and sometimes im too straight forward and raw/bold and just adhd as fuck so ive noticed that i need someone who can keep me grounded and have a bit of a calming presence to balance the energy out when its needed like imagine me as a balloon that needs someone who holds the string so i dont fly away or pop lmao but im very very nurturing, protective and caretaking so i need to be able to sort of take the lead in a way like know this is a problematic term but just to put it in the simplest way possible, im ”the guy” in relationship dynamics if u wanna oversimplify it and boil it down to typical roles idk how else to easily explain it like ofc neither of us are the man in the relationship bc we are both women thats the whole point but like.. id even say my mom is ”the man” in her relationships and shes straight and has only ever been with men like its a dynamics thing its not even about gender its just ur vibe and personality type idk if u get it u get it im getting off topic this is a mess

Adventures in Parenting - Get to Know Nikki Evans
Tumblr media
With Tumblr holding my original writing blog @beccaheartschrisevans captive (aka flagged as explicit), I have made a secondary writing blog and may end up closing the other all together. In the meantime, I am reposting all of my stories on my new blog.
Pairing: Chris Evans x Nikki Evans (OFC) Rating: PG Warnings: n/a Summary: Some extras (mostly Q&As) for my Chris & Nikki story. The goal of most of these extras is to give a little more background on Chris & Nikki’s relationship as the focus of the Adventures in Parenting series is after they’re married and have kids.
Adventures in Parenting (Chris & Nikki) Masterlist
Get to Know Nikki Evans (July 2016)
Please note that these questions were “answered” based on what Nikki’s life was like in July 2016.
Name: Nicole Marie (Ashworth) Evans, but I go by Nikki
How old are you? I’m currently 31, I will be 32 in September
Who are you in a relationship with? Chris Evans, the hot American actor…
Are you married? If not would you marry them? Yes, we’ve been married for four years.
What about kids? Do you have them? Would you like them? We have two adorable little boys that are their dad’s mini mes. Seriously, it’s like my genes didn’t even make it into their DNA… Our oldest is Josh and he just turned 3 on the Fourth of July and our youngest is Aiden and he turned 1 in May. We plan on having more kids, we’d both love to have a little girl… but we’re not actively trying to get pregnant… we’re not exactly not trying though… as Chris says ‘if it happens, it happens… if not, at least we had fun trying’
What do you do for a living? Before Chris and I were reintroduced in 2011, I was working as a yoga instructor at a dance/yoga studio I was running with my best friend. I kept working there after we met, but after the kids came along it kind of got put on the back burner. I’m still a part owner of the studio and I will occasionally teach a class, but I’m usually there as a participant, especially for wine and yoga night.
Do you like your job, if you don’t have one, what’s your dream job? I guess you could say my current job really is mom… and I love it. It can be draining, especially when Chris is gone, but we both have amazing families that are there whenever they’re needed
Where are you from? I’m originally from sunny California, but my mom and I moved to Boston in 1996 because she got a job transfer. It was supposed to be for two years, but she ended up meeting my step-dad and they got married. That is actually how I met Chris, he and my step-brother have been best friends since they were kids.
Favorite TV show? I watch a lot of kids shows… but when I get to pick the channel, I love watching HGTV and Food Network. I’m a sucker for Dancing With the Stars… every season I say I’m done watching and then they bring a celebrity that I love on the show and I have to watch.
Favorite book? How does one pick a single book to be their favorite? Chris and I both love to read and our boys love being read to. We’re in the process of building a house and there is an upstairs sitting area that we’re going to set up as our family library. I’m not sure we’ll have enough bookcases…
Do you have any hobbies? I love doing yoga, especially first thing in the morning when the boys are all still asleep. It’s very peaceful. But I also love to cook and bake. I dabble in photography. I try to be crafty, but I stick to the easy, fool proof stuff because I get distracted so easily. I also enjoy bubble baths.
Sexuality? Straight.
What’s your best trait? I’d say it’s that I look for the best in people. I’m also a glass half full type of person.
What’s your biggest flaw. I over think the simplest things and I’m horrible about making decisions. I’m also terrible with not putting my clothes away. I get the kids and Chris’s put away though.
Would you give up your job to start a family? I already did and I don’t regret it for a moment. Right now it gives the boys and I the freedom to travel with Chris when he is filming. We’re actually looking for a rental house in Georgia right now where we’ll be living for the duration of the Infinity Wars filming.
What’s your favourite thing about your significant other? He has the biggest heart. He isn’t afraid to express his love for myself, the kids and our family members. He also loves to make people happy, especially kids. He is also a great listener whether it’s me talking about my day or listening to our youngest babbling to him over a video chat. What else… oh, he’s pretty cute… kind of muscly. And he can grow a magnificent beard.
What’s their most annoying habit? Where to begin? No, I’m just kidding. Like every couple, we both have habits that drives the other crazy, especially when our kids pick up those same habits (can you say socks all over the house?), but that’s just the way life is. He doesn’t like it when I click pens or tap my fingers… so it’s all fair in the end.
If you could change one thing about yourself what would it be? I’m not sure, I’m pretty happy the way I am… though, maybe slightly bigger boobs? I’m not nursing anymore, so my chest isn’t as full as it was and that kind of made things fun. Chris liked them. But I’m not interested in going under the knife for that… a pushup bra works wonders.
What would be the perfect holiday for you and your S/O to take together? It’s been a busy summer, so I’m definitely looking forward to some quiet time at our cabin. We’re actually going in a couple weeks to spend a week alone together and then his mom will bring our boys and the rest of the family out to join us. My parents own a cabin nearby, so my side of the family will be there as well. I’m definitely looking forward to it.
How do you feel about your s/o being friends with their ex? There are some of his ex’s that I am totally ok with him being friends with because they are respectful of the relationship he and I have. I’ve even become friends with a couple of them… I’m not going to say it’s awkward knowing that they’ve been with my husband because it is, There are others though, that are better in his past. I think he would say the same about some of my ex’s as well.
Do you care about other people flirting with your S/O? He’s a celebrity and people like him. It’s part of the business… I know he doesn’t encourage it or get off on it, it actually embarrasses him a little, but at the end of the day, he comes home to me.
Do you trust your s/o not to cheat on you? Absolutely. There is no doubt in my mind that he is completely loyal to me.
Do you think there would be ever a circumstance where you would cheat on them? No.
Anything else we should know? The first time I ever saw Chris was when I was 12 years old and right after my mom and step-dad got married. I was in the kitchen eating breakfast when he came in with my step-brother and he didn’t wait for my step-brother to introduce us, he just held out his hand and said, “My name is Chris.” Then he gave me that smile, you know the one, and I swear I fell in love with him in that moment. He was 16 at the time so it didn’t mean anything to him… but I still tease about the fact that it took him 13 years to notice me at my brother’s wedding. We reconnected at both the best and worst time of our lives, I was starting a business and he was about to shoot to mega stardom with the first Captain America movie… and those other things should have made starting a relationship hard, but it was exactly the opposite… we had someone to share the ups and downs with and it brought us together.
Want to find me off tumblr? I’m @beccatheycallme on twitter. I also post my stories on AO3 and Wattpad.
My tag list is always open, just let me know if you’d like to be added!

Don't be so straight-forward. All this situation is odd. This woman is really shady. With this american visa (he's not american), luxembourg where he wasn't, the strange photo with laptop. lol The most disgusting thing is his personal life was violated. It's a crime to publish such photos.
she can be shady and still be telling the truth *kanye shrug*
no one knows if he has or hasn’t been to Luxembourg… I feel like fans forget they only get a snapshot of someone’s life even with all their online stalking, there is no way for any of his fans to know where he has or hasn’t been with any certainty. Celebs travel to places all the time and never get spotted. None of you actually know these people or their schedules. He wouldn’t be the first man to travel for some pussy and he won’t be the last
You don’t have to be an American to secure a visa for someone in America, though I will say, I doubt you can get one in a day but then again, what do I know about that sorta thing I simply stamp my passport and go about my business when I travel.
The photo of him laid out naked high AF had to come from somewhere. I’ve seen spec that he was hacked but like what person with good sense would keep photos that incriminating of themselves? or what friend would keep that sorta photo of someone like that? It makes no sense to come from him or someone close to him. I mean he looks like he just OD or some shit why would someone who actually cares about him want to keep that?
Also…people keep mentioning the laptop and how strange it is… have y’all never seen someone drunk or on drugs before? They do a lot of stupid shit that makes no sense because they high or extremely intoxicated. His dumbass could have humped the damn laptop and passed out cuz that’s what drugies do sometimes, they never make sense when they on drugs. So basically it’s highly doubtful the pics were his own personal pictures or in the possession of someone he’s close with so the simplest answer is he got caught up with someone that has nothing to loose and they released the pics. Unless you think he was just laying in the bed of a hotel room but as naked by himself just for fun and he’s not high as a kite he’s just on the cusp of a really really good nap that the hotel maid just so happened to walk in on lol
Ive even seen spec that the pics are fake because the laptop is old and that made me laugh because like…. celebs don’t do what y’all always think they so. A lot of times they just regular ass people with regular ass taste and habits. Prime example, Robyn Rihanna Fenty, the fashion queen, has access to the most exclusive handbags in the world and yet she walks around with horrendous miniature monogrammed Louis Vuitton bags that anybody with a decent paycheck could get their hands on because she likes the shit.
Basically I’m saying all this to say that we will prolly never know the full truth, but given the general shittiness of the male species, and how cheating rumors have been with Kit for a long time AND how unlikely it is that those pics came from someone other than a side heaux it’s safe to say the odds of Kit being loose with his dick are better than the odds of him not being loose with his dick.
As far as him being violated, I mean, I don’t think I ever said it wasn’t an violation of his consent and privacy and it wasn’t a crime. All I’ve ever said was that he’s not a shock that he got caught up like this. At the end of the day it’s on him to figure out how he wants to handle that. He’s more than welcome to send his side heaux to jail or sue her

We're all about a healthy, happy lifestyle.  While you may be seeing a dietitian, nutritionist, asking SIRI or your mom's aunts' cousin, it all boils down to what works in your schedule, doesn't cost you an arm and a leg, slips right into your exercise regime (walking, jogging, yoga, pilates, gym, outdoor sports), makes you happy and ensures you live your best life!
Today, I will be speaking with you about FOOD and how it can become your friend and not your foe.
First, let me start by saying...
Speaking from experience, eating is a sensitive topic, because it's about a lot more than just putting something in our mouths and swallowing.
Deep down you know who you are.  You are not defined by what you wear, what you drive, where you live, where you kids goes to school, what board you have when surfing/skating - you are beautiful and we love you just the way you are!  If you remember that, we can help you on this incredible journey.  Not alone, but every step of the way with you!
So let's get to it:  Lesson 1:  The way we consume things has a great deal of impact on not only ourselves, but on the people around us.
What we choose to eat affects our bodies, but it also affects the way we socialize, the things we buy, the way the food market evolves, the way farmers and other food producers produce or obtain food to sell us, and ultimately, our entire World.
A lot of the food we think is healthy, isn’t actually healthy.
And we get so mired in the details of counting calories, obsessing over supplements, and trying to learn the meaning of big words like aspartame, hydrolyzed protein, and hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia (just kidding about that last one!) that we lose track of how our food choices are really impacting us, and those around us.
Obviously, what we eat is critical to our well-being, in more ways than one.
We all know that eating a box of anything-from-the-bakery in one sitting is not healthy, but what IS a truly healthy diet?
The problem is, no one seems to know.
Of course, we know some things, and there are plenty of experts hawking new discoveries everywhere you turn. In this Information Age, particularly, the sheer quantity of food-related information available to us is overwhelming.
In general, we have too much. Too much food choices, too much information, too much confusion.
Of course, for some people with certain sensitivities or physical conditions such as diabetes or celiac disease, understanding the intricacies of their diet is extremely important.  (To note, we are not Doctors.  Just women with a passion to help men and women out there, live their best lives.)
But for the rest of us, we’ve made eating way too complicated.
The problem is, it’s hard to navigate the complicated world of nutrition to figure out what really is best for us. Decades of preserved/processed foods, technology, and advertising has confused us so thoroughly that we often don’t realize how our food is affecting us.
With all that said...
How can we be better at EATING?
1.  LISTEN TO YOUR BODY
Your body is ingenuously designed (in other words: it’s pretty smart). If it doesn’t feel good, it will tell you — if you’re willing to listen.
The main to understand is this:  everyone is different and will respond different to what you give it or do to it.  The main constant is healthy goodness.  No matter who you are, you can't go wrong with straight from the Earth products, without claiming it will cure a medical condition, make you lose weight or miraculously make you Wonder Woman, Super Man or Sky High Gifted Kids.
Let me tell you a story.  7 years ago I represented my beautiful country as a National Beauty Queen on an International stage with nothing, but a Size 2 body.  Not a Size 0 as most people would make you believe!
I was incredibly happy, proud to be up there, seeing my mom in the audience, cheering me on after three months of intense training, a high protein diet and supplements I'd rather not talk about.  I was simply on a high and in the best shape I'd ever been.  That was me at 28.
Fast forward nearly two years and I literally hit a wall - well a truck to be precise, losing my left leg and shattering my right, one December holiday.  It collapsed my World into a dark pit of 'what the hell now'?
Two months of hospital food, lots of prescribed drugs, IV's, prosthetic's (I lost my left leg and broke my right in a million places), crutches and a wheelchair later, I signed myself out to head home, only to face my mom's TLC cooking with butter and cream and all the hearty goodness you'd come to expect from a caring and loving mother.
This set me back a lot and made me gain just about 10 kilograms/22 pounds.
Seven years later, I'm not back to my 28-year-old-model-bod, but I'm working on being my most healthy self.   I dish up an adult portion and usually end up eating only a kids portion of it, when I'm hungry - teaching myself that I can eat less - it's just my mind playing tricks on me.  When I crave something salty, I drink water and when I crave something sweet I eat a fruit.  If I hit a 'debby-downer' moment, I grab a handful of nuts.  The best part of my eating plan is that I never have to worry about those dreaded missed vitamins and minerals though and here's why.
How many of you take multi-vitamins a day?  Getting older it is one of the things we are told whenever we feel something's a miss.
I'd like to tell you that our Tribal Wellness Movement offers something similar to a multi-vitamin, without any chemical properties that will do the same job, made from only fruits and vegetables AND make you feel like you're on top of the absolute World - and, if you're like my niece Megan, that don't do pills at all - I can even offer them to in a chew-able form.  Now that's what I call, genius!
In short, putting healthy, grown from the Earth, straight off the farm,easy-in-your-lunchbox or zip-lock baggy goodness in your tummy, will make it smile right back at you!
Want to know more...leave a comment/your story/your eating problem below this blog for us.  We'd love to hear from you!
2.  PLAN AHEAD
When you already know what you need to eat, the best way to fall off the wagon and start consuming things you know are not good for you, is to not be prepared.
I’m not saying you have to spend ten hours every Sunday preparing your entire week’s meal plan ahead of time (unless you want to).
But don’t allow yourself to just “go with the flow” and pick up things here and there whenever you’re hungry. If you do that, you are more likely to eat unhealthily than healthily AND spending tons more money than your budget allows  —  it’s the way our current environment is designed.
Our whole food based nutrition, including juice powder concentrates from 25 different fruits, vegetables and grains helps bridge the gap between what you should eat and what you do eat every day. Not a multivitamin, medicine, treatment or cure for any disease, our capsules are made from quality ingredients carefully monitored from farm to capsule to provide natural nutrients your body needs to be at its best.
Best of all, if you're a mom or dad, when you ask us for yours, YOU'LL GET YOUR KIDS' ABSOLUTELY FREE! [Want to know more?  Drop us a line at the bottom]
3. TAKE YOUR TIME
Sometimes we simply eat too fast to take note of what we’re actually putting in our bodies.
If you've ever played a sport or a music instrument or studied for exams, you'd remember that you didn't simply wake up that morning with a spring in your step and just the right moves to ace it every game, symphony or test.  You'd have to spend weeks preparing, ensuring the right process was followed to get you to your best.
Our Tribal Wellness Movement recommends a 90 day steady injection of earthy goodness.  Let your body be testament to what fuels it best.
Why do we need it?
Everyone wants to eat right and maintain a healthier lifestyle—whether you're a busy mom hustling to feed on-the-go children, a business traveler trying to stay fit, or an active boomer keeping up with grand kids. Unfortunately, maintaining a balanced nutritional diet is often a challenge. In simplest terms, healthy eating is about getting back to basics − by following the latest USDA guidelines, like those from USDA’s My Plate. The current recommendation for a healthy diet is to fill half your plate at each meal with fruits and vegetables. But healthy eating takes time, planning, and can cost a lot of money. Most of us suffer from a daily fruit and vegetable consumption gap as a result. Rich in vitamins and antioxidants, our products can help you fill that hole in your diet.
The Benefits of Wholefood Based Nutrition or as we like to call it:  The Importance of a Healthy Diet
The best way to reduce your risk of disease is to eat healthy. The right fuel in your body makes it run better. Fruits and vegetables are two key food groups known to contribute to better health. Our wholefood products puts more of the valuable nutrition from fruits and vegetables back into your diet to improve health and wellness. Give yourself a better diet and a healthier lifestyle.
We'd like to highlight an absolutely incredible health transformation:  Anna Cameron.  Thanks so much for sharing your story!
As a mum of two... I know exhaustion (like most parents do). And just over a year ago I was in the thick of it. Breastfeeding my youngest... my baby and toddler tag teaming waking in the night... and my hubby having knee surgery... which meant he couldn’t help settle the girls. My brain fog was thick, stress was building, my hair was falling out in clumps and anxiety I felt in years past was creeping back into my world.
So I knew something had to change. The worst part was that I was ready to go get medicated for the anxiety (which was also playing havoc on my mind as I don’t usual even take Panadol). Amazingly, somehow at that moment, I found a program that really spoke to me... all natural, safe for me and my baby while breast feeding, and for the rest of my family. Knowing the alternative, I had to try.
After less than two weeks of starting on the program and using the capsules, and complete powder, I noticed an incredible change in my energy. I no longer needed afternoon naps and was getting better sleep at night (when we got it). Almost instantly I noticed my hair stopped falling out in huge clumps, and I felt like somehow the baby brain fog I had lived in for the past 2.5 years had actually lifted. Probably most surprisingly the anxiety that I was feeling, and was just about to medicate myself for was all but gone 💕🙌🏽.
I honestly couldn’t believe it... but also do realise how I had not been taking care of myself, because I was so concentrated on taking care of my family. So it actually makes total sense that the extra nutrients were helping to get my body functioning properly again.
One year on... I have not looked back. In addition to the benefits above, I found my sugar cravings disappear... i have been making small consistent changes in my eating and have lost a total of 14 kgs... I feel healthier than ever (something I would not have expected to say after my 2 babies).
Incredibly, I have not had more than a runny nose for over a year. And probably even more impressive is my daughters' immunity, they have the chews everyday (they LOVE them)... and while all of our friends seem to roll through sickness after sickness, temperature after temperature, the girls have missed it all and have had minor colds at worst over the winter ✨🙌... a parent's dream come true!!
I would admit that I was skeptical of the products when I read about them initially... and I truly though I was pretty healthy and that good food was the answer. The real problem was that I had no time to look after myself and I was definitely not getting the much needed nutrients from my usual meal of peanut butter on toast. We can all say we have good intentions, but this program allowed me to make my intentions a reality, quickly and conveniently.
Grateful is an understatement ❤️
