Had a sit down with my Cabinet, Cookie Cabinet 🍪 that is, the other day & we had a great talk about what quality ingredients we are looking for in selecting the rest of our cabinet and what we are looking at in other candidates. It really got me thinking about Mayor Pete 🏳️‍🌈. Just like with Cookies, it’s about what your made of. Do you crumble under pressure? Or are goodness to the core. In my life time I have gotten the pleasure to see the 1st black president as well as the 1st female presidential candidate. Now I can say I have seen the 1st openly gay person run for President and actually make a good run. It’s about what you stand for, a better America that unites all of its people. Who doesn’t want to try ALL the cookies right?! It’s not about how you choose to enjoy the cookies, it’s about choosing what’s best for you and the people & places you care about.
