Here's my contribution to the 2023 holiday exchange! @heisttheblackflag I hope you like it! It's always nice to meet a fellow Courtilly enjoyer. Happy holidays! 🎄

(I, uh. May have originally done the Jeremax totem pole for this event before deciding I should produce something that wasn't 100% chibis haha.) This was also an attempt at using watercolour on non-watercolour paper. Results are... mixed. Though I like the effect of Court's vitiligo! As always, I had a blast mixing her appearance with her logo and vtuber avatar haha.

Clouds crossed the sky and gathered at the horizon, piling high, signalling an incoming storm. The winds rose as Courtilly dragged Sidearms's body through the snow to the cliff near their cabin. She'd gone to the radio tower only an hour before, and when she'd returned, she'd found him hanging limply from the rafters, still warm to the touch. They had been the only two left.

I don’t know why I wrote this. I hadn’t planned on it. But sometimes, words just pour out of you on a sheet of paper and a story emerges.
