Morphodite Madness

SNOW DAY! It’s my first ever! School was cancelled so Scout and I went out to build a snowman. The snow was just like I’d read about. It was soft, white, and so cold it burned at the touch. IT WAS WONDERFUL, but according to Atticus there was barely enough in the yard for a snowball. There was another stroke of genius and Scout and I got two buckets of dirt and a bucket of snow (half from Miss Maudie’s back yard, she was too worried about keepin’ her flowers warm to enjoy the snow). We built our snowman with dirt and covered it with snow to make it white. It turned out looking a bit like Mr. Avery so we embraced it and made a Mr. Avery snowman, but Atticus made us change it (we already had a reputation with the neighbors), so we added some of Miss Maudie’s accessories onto it. She came out madder than a wet hen and called our snowman a morphodite, but we loved him anyway.

It’s real late right now and I’m worn slap out so imma end this post here… wait... Atticus is at my door… I wonder what’s wrong…
