Let The Ginger Dissolve

I'm an avid sushi eater. It's something about a California Roll that refreshes my taste buds & leaves me overjoyed. ((Lets not forget about the soy sauce!)) But in the typical display of sushi display plate you have of course, the sushi, wasabi, && THE FRESH GINGER.

For a very long time I didn't exactly know what was the purpose of this herb on the plate. Was it a garnish? Perhaps a mistake? Heck... I just did not have the slightest clue! I even attempted to bit into it, however that was not the smartest idea (yuck!)

After conversing with a friend of mine, he brought it to my attention that you were to let it sit on your tongue & let it dissolve. Just like a breath mint! I immediately began to incorporate that in my life as a metaphor.

In life you got to let the negativity just dissolve & roll off your back. Sometimes we try to reciprocate the attitude given & its never a great outcome. Hence me getting that spicy surprise by biting into the ginger!

So my message to you my friends is to "Let The Ginger Dissolve"! Don't let negativity alter your mood. Also pick up some Sushi too!
