These uses to be 31.5" around in circumference. They were bigger than my ex girlfriends waist. Now, I'm happy to be healthier than I was, I can handle interval running since I'm not as heavy anymore. There's nothing like feeling like you've done something worthwhile. I will be sharing more on fitness as I get my ass back in shape. All while working on a tech company, a whiskey company, growing peoples following on Instagram, and generating client leads for professionals. (Yep, erry dang day folks) If you want to feel right it does need to incorporate some kind of fitness and some kind of quiet time.
