I am developing a delicious bulgur recipe at the moment
#cooking is anchoring me thank fucking god#i dont have a name for the dish yet but i kinda refer to it as red bulgur in my mind#its very yummy and easy to make I just boil bulgur and then once its supposed to rest and steam I add some butter and spices and a crushed#garlic clove and it let it combine#its red because I add paprika and chopped tomato. this time I am trying tomato paste instead
